Cain said Harriet was upset (after being locked in the church) Moira was very sneery, saying something about Cain being Moira's saviour. That's probably not her exact words, but it was her attitude that stank.
Mind you I never thought I'd see the day when Cain was more caring and compassionate than his wife !

Right so if I’m remembering correctly Dawn first arrived in emmerdale as an addict who was something to do with a dealer that Ross owed money to. She came back a few times, was high each time. Made friends with Ryan, still using (I think?) was in the village several times before eventually recognising Harriet as her former step mum and tells Harriet her dad died.

So are we to believe that Dawn made that up on the spot when she saw Harriet and roped her dad in with a plan or is it that she knew all along where Harriet was living and deliberately made friends with Ryan etc to carry out this plan?

ILove, it does sound completely far fetched doesn't it?! Are the writers seriously trying to suggest Dawn has made the whole drugs/prostitute thing up as a cover to get revenge on Harriet.

Otherwise it is just so random that Dawn would turn up in Emmerdale to see Ross and accidentally bump into Harriet. I know it's a small world but in this case it's a very small world!

So if this is dawns dad who didn’t actually die in prison as previously claimed then Dawn wasn’t in care for the rest of her childhood? Or has he just been released last year and they put together this mad as a box of frogs plan?

What a stupid plan anyway. What gangster has time for making up stories and playing the long game? He would just come and kill Harriet as soon as he got out of prison.

I wish that surgeon had explained that a double mastectomy is major surgery instead of making out like it's nothing at all.

Oh don't get me started on Matty's surgery. Yes, a double mastectomy is a major operation with long term recovery. That doctor seemed to imply Matty would get over it quickly as if he was having an ingrown toenail removed!

Don’t get me started on the Matty storyline. My MIL is having a mastectomy on Friday (cancer) and it is certainly far more serious than nipping in to have a tooth out like the emmerdale doctor is making it sound!

A mastectomy for cancer is a bigger deal by far, they take all the tissue and muscle, plus lymph nodes, Matty hasn't had, that just a cosmetic op. Wish they wouldnt call it a mastectomy, it really isnt the same
