I reckon Hannah not inviting the cast members is production led and that Hannah is happy to go a
one with it as it will benefit her twofold.
One, she'll get lots of camera exposure and two she will then have every reason to leave the programme with her reputation as a in place .....I think....maybe .....let's see

There's a woman in the same village as me who reminds me of Dawn. Always looks like she's going to a ball and prides herself in 'telling it how it is' - i.e. being rude and giving unsolicited advice etc. No one actually wants to be in her company, but she has a small cohort of minions who are all terrified of her. There have been a couple in the past who have stood up to her and found themselves ostracised by the rest of them. It's bizarre. I avoid her like the plague, though I really don't care what she has to say about me.

It is a bit odd to be having a Hen do with T shirts etc with a bunch of women that you haven't invited to your wedding.

For all my dislike of Dawn's behaviour a lot of the time, I have to say that I love her relationship with Ester. She really does love Ester.

What the floop has Perla done to her mouth (or has it always been like that and I’ve never noticed?). I hope she leaves after this season as she’s not bringing much to the party other than trying to shit stir all the time.

Obviously Hanna doesn’t want the whole thing to turn into a circus, which it would do if they were all there. As a previous PP said though, it’s a bit odd to ask Rachel to help her choose the cake if she wasn’t invited.

@SaintWillibald I have always wondered on all of the HW's how they manage to get drunk then be all made up and out and about the next day (especially on the trips). I need a good day to recover now - I was watching the latest OC episode and they were doing shots the whole night - that would be a two day hangover for me!

I know sometimes they aren't drinking for real but you can tell when they are.

@SaintWillibald I absolutely cannot abide Perla, I think she's so snide.

@UpToonGirl me too (which is why I’ve given up drinking for a year since last December) but later in the show, Tanya did admit she was hungover.

@SpiderCharlotte I haven’t really been keen on her from when she joined and this series, she has gone from bad to worse.

Hanna was on the outs with most of them after last season's get together in the studio which is when the invitations went out.

I understand Rachel assuming she had a invitation after being invited to the cake tasting. The reason why only Seema is invited was demonstrated by the argument between best frenemies Dawn and Rachel shouting in the restaurant. Seema's renewal was a shit show.

I don't see any redeeming qualities in Dawn. She goes on the attack and fights like a 13 year old mean girl. She comes across as a truly awful person and I can't understand why anyone is friendly with her. Leilani is challenging for queen bee, I have no idea why they let Dawn get away with behaving so badly.

I also think that the way Dawn has been telling everyone about Darby's engagement that hasn't even happened yet is really awful. It's not her news to tell.

She's planned her wedding. It's defo hers and not Darby's.

Darby and Bright eyes need to get a grip and live their own lives instead of letting that rough old bint control them....ya know whot???

I agree that the Hannah wedding stuff is production led. They are a cast of ludicrous characters rather than genuine friends. This is really seen in the Hannah wedding stuff with the fake hen tacked onto the back of the girls’ weekend in Prague. Very forced and weird.

Once the cameras stop rolling they all go back to their normal lives, so of course they aren’t going to be invited to each other’s proper life events like weddings. The production team makes fake ones for the cameras so they can set up the big tantrums and dramas (like Seema’s renewal where none of seema’s family were there, it was just a rentacast of WAGbots).

I suspect Darby & BE are going with it because Dawn & Ashley (or perhaps more accurately, the production co) are bankrolling the wedding. Again, I’m cynical that they’re even getting married properly anyway. All the blabbing re the engagement gives me the major that it is a just a storyline for Dawn this series.

I’ve seen somewhere that it’s thought that Ester lives in a little seaside town in North Wales when she’s not filming. There is a connection as her ex, that Rob guy, her DD’s dad, lives there. I can’t see her there though with all her glamour and huge personality.

Almost all of them use the same mannerisms and expressions in their Talking Heads because it's scripted.

I loved Leilani's come back to Dawn when Dawn said she wouldn’t chat shit behind people’s back. And then Leilani trotted out two perfect examples of when Dawn had done exactly that to her.... perfect.

Prague looks lovely too. The production crew made Barcelona and Gibraltar look rubbish.

Totally agree that this franchise is production led. I don't think any of them are proper friends IRL. I think when they do get together outside of the show it is only for publicity purposes eg. "blah and blah from the RHOC are turning up to open a supermarket".

Just like many of these big social media names, Dawn is in it for the publicity it provides her with to run her various businesses. I suspect part of the deal is that she provides them with endless drama so they have stories and she is probably happy (as well as being naturally gobby and bad-tempered) to go along with it for the income it brings her. For the same reason that they've introduced that Olivia love island to Towie as she is so argumentative and outspoken that, like Dawn, she provides endless drama and she doesn't seem to care. It's all publicity to them.
