Seeing that we are going to be in need of a third thread... My title makes no sense, does it? I had a funny one in mind earlier but it escapes me now. Should have used hot glue gun to make it stick.

Panic really spirals, doesn't it? It's a shame.

dillite · 02/04/2019 21:13

Evening all! How are you all? Thank you for everyones kind words. Sadly the bee finishes before I will finish the dresses so you will never see the end result!

Riccardo's lining is fabulous!

dillite · 02/04/2019 21:14

Ricardo has a real eye for colours and style

FuzzyPuffling · 02/04/2019 21:14

My sewing machine is a Toyota, and I can't get it to do buttonholes, despite watching the YouTube instructions a zillion times. Grrr...

SchadenfreudePersonified · 02/04/2019 21:15

You could start a special Apres-Wasp thread ro show us dillite

FuzzyPuffling · 02/04/2019 21:15

Dillite, you can come back and show us. We should have a permanent Sewing Wasp thread for our successes and failures.

Binglebong · 02/04/2019 21:15

You can resurrect the thread - I'm sure I'm not alone in my nosiness! Grin

Theres some stunning fabric.

BitOfFun · 02/04/2019 21:15

Dillite, I must INSIST you start a Sewing Bee Redux thread in here to show us aficionadas!

FuzzyPuffling · 02/04/2019 21:16

Snap Schady. I like the Apres Wasp title!

BuckingFrolics · 02/04/2019 21:16

I'd want Ricardo to make me something, i think he would think about what suits the model, even if she is rather fat, lumpy and lacking in grace.

Wolfcub · 02/04/2019 21:16

Ah no Riccardo

dontcallmelen · 02/04/2019 21:17

Yy Apres wasp thread to see posters creations, think I might skip my contribution unless a button sewed on a skirt counts🤔

BitOfFun · 02/04/2019 21:17

Oh Joe, don't snap at her, she might cry!

Wolfcub · 02/04/2019 21:17

So nice of him to help when he’s having a mare himself

SchadenfreudePersonified · 02/04/2019 21:17

DH has just admired Esme's jacket dillite - says it looks like one of those crochet square gilets (he said waistcoat) old ladies make, but with lots of sequins.

I love that they're so kind to each other on here.

SoupDragon · 02/04/2019 21:18

This is ridiculously complicated! I don't blame Leah for losing it in panic

SchadenfreudePersonified · 02/04/2019 21:18

Sewing Bee Redux

oooh - there's posh! Grin

dontcallmelen · 02/04/2019 21:18

Yy kindness so nice to see.

SoupDragon · 02/04/2019 21:19

Fair play to Leah for getting it done though.

BitOfFun · 02/04/2019 21:19

Wooohooo Juliet!

SchadenfreudePersonified · 02/04/2019 21:20

Looks like Juliet is first here - well done, girl!

Wolfcub · 02/04/2019 21:20

Omg what a lovely compliment from Patrick

SchadenfreudePersonified · 02/04/2019 21:21

I love Riccardo's fabrics - he's so good at this type of thing.
