New thread. No spoilers. If you want spoilers, there's a spoiler thread.

Therese and Paul are in love
Toadie is devastated
Mark needs to find Kate in witness protection in Summer Bay in a visit there with Elly where she reunites with the Stewarts
Finn needs to bog off and take Mea with him.
Have I got it all??

Petition signed. Will hold fire on my application for the position of foreman on the Well Extension project (Robinson Depths?) until we see whether Mea sings at the memorial.

I too was yelling at the telly ‘Bloody hug Callum you bastards he’s just lost his mum!’ I mean I know neighbours is a weird universe in which your own parents don’t come to your wedding but your next door neighbour officiates and some random who bought you a coffee at Harold’s gives you away, but Callum was a series regular who has lost his mum. There is no way that Susan, Karl, Shane and Dipi would hug and comfort Toady and leave Callum standing off to one side completely unnoticed in real life. Sonya wouldn’t have stood for that kind of shite.

Born much love to you and good wishes.

The Well is the well that Imogen and Daniel fell down on the day Daniel and Amber were due to get married. There may have been some water based peril caused by Kyle bursting a pipe but I can't remember. Daniel missed the wedding (trapped in the well) so Amber shagged Josh (Imogen's brother, he's dead but that was nothing to do with the well) and got pregnant.
Imogen sadly failed to die in the well. She and Daniel fell in love (boak) and pissed off to America or somewhere (not Colac, Bendigo or the Scaramouche market).

We talk about the well because we want our most hated characters (Bea mainly) to fall in there and die in a freak concrete lorry losing its load into the well accident.

MiddleClassProblem · 06/03/2019 22:36

Dipi went to Callum first. I thought Shane was a bit shit too tonight.

I thibk the hard bit with Sonya not being in the titles is that they all look so bloody happy! I’m not saying they should be depressed but it could be some other emotion or situation that’s sheer joy.

Did anybody else see Finn flick his tongue out quickly to catch that fly?

Also I have predict that some point Callum is going to confess to Toadie that his ap shizzle is going to pot and that’s why he was snappy at Yashvi. He’ll insistant I’m staying then an hour later he’ll come up with an idea linked to Sonya, a floristry app, an AA support app, a reuniting both parents app or a kaftan appreciation. And Toadie will urge him to go back and he’ll be gone on the next flight...

What are they going to do with all that Paul’s money they raised?

MiddleClassProblem · 06/03/2019 22:37

Didn’t Lucy fall down the well going after a puppy?

SleepingStandingUp · 07/03/2019 00:33

Yeah Dipi can't act devastated but she did at least hug the boy. Shane did in the end. It was the scene when Callum was in the kitchen doing nothing and Susan and Karl were with Toadie. Like tell him to come sit down!!
Then on the phone when Callum told Susan he'd made Toadie food. Surely Callum needs looking after too??

I reckon he's heading for a binge drink in three little bottles of beer and a pass at Yashvi in his drunken stupour

I wish they'd not only held off with flippin Finn but also Andrea for a couple of episodes. It seemed a bit of a crappy sop to feeling sad about Toadie.

I wanted to hug Cal too. I watched that Facebook segment with Eve and Morgan. I'd just made myself a coffee but couldn't drink it coz it was all twisted up ugly crying SadGrin

Ahh OK Grin Thanks!

Waaaaaah

Anyone watched The Cry? Not sure it was a good idea to wait h it between episodes of neighbours. Australia makes me sad now lol

Sleeping your opening synopsis does slightly read as though Toady is devastated because Therese and Paul are in love. Now that would be a new departure for old hopalong...The Paul Patrol (hello Mornings) would definitely have to keep their eyes peeled if Paul becomes an equal opportunities shagger. Less chance of further Robinson progeny I suppose...

MiddleClassProblem · 07/03/2019 20:28

I’m sorry but if I woke up thinking I was 19 but the doctor told me I was actually 30/31 I would have had far more of a reaction than that! And a lot more questions!

Bea... medical speak is still “human”...

I love that Finn has forgotten her though 😂😂😂 Wish I could...

Starburst8 · 07/03/2019 21:03

That's why Bea is upset, Finn can't remember her so how on Earth is it gonna be all about her. She's not upset he's awake she's upset that attention can't focus on her.

I swear to god if she sings at the memorial I am writing a harsh letter to the producersAngry

Cherrypie32 · 07/03/2019 22:32

Oh it was so set up for her to sing at the memorial after she suggested a favourite song to Susan.

tobee · 08/03/2019 02:34

When Susan said "that would lovely" I shouted "no it wouldn't"

LoisWilkerson1 · 08/03/2019 08:57

Let's get Bea and Ellie down that well. They are unwatchableAngry Kill off Sonia but keep them in?Confused

Starburst8 · 08/03/2019 09:08

It's crazy how they've kept the rubbish ones that don't really have any character but killed off Sonya.
I must admit I've not been a fan of Sonya at times, but Sonya and Toadie were great together and Eve did a great job.

NymphInYellow · 08/03/2019 11:30

I wonder if the producers will regret their decision. They'd better not kill off Karl and Susan! Or Paul. Bea and Elly though, that's fine.

Did anyone else cry at Sheila's veggie lasagne?

LoisWilkerson1 · 08/03/2019 11:58

They've given Eve Morley a job on set, an acting coach.

GoldenSyrupLion · 08/03/2019 15:49

They'll need one.

SleepingStandingUp · 08/03/2019 16:33

Yes I cried at lasagne too

MrsSteveMcDonald · 08/03/2019 22:02

Elly's reaction when she read the text from Mark was shite. They could have had Sonya lying dead on the floor in front of her and Eve would still have out acted her

tobee · 09/03/2019 01:04

They obsessively filling up with young model type looking women.

Did it strike anyone else as a bit annoying that this women's day episode with all women kept talking about men? Or is it just me?

Starburst8 · 09/03/2019 09:26

@tobee no wasn't just you. I was trying to figure out if it was the woman's day episode at first.
I did think Piper did well with her speech though. That was a bit emotional. Well more emotional than Elly getting dumped.

KittyMcAllister · 09/03/2019 13:33

I know I'm a bit behind the times but I've just watched Sonya's last episode. I never cry at TV but I had to go & get extra tissues!! It was astonishingly well acted, well written and beautifully filmed- Eve & Ryan should win all the awards for that. They've always had a very natural chemistry, I can't imagine Toady with anyone else. 😔

CurbsideProphet · 09/03/2019 14:20

I agree with both points unfortunately tobee

MiddleClassProblem · 09/03/2019 16:13

I haven’t watched it yet but it does sound disappointing. All the more reason they should have held off waking Finn.
