In real life, Elly would go straight back to the doctor, tell her about her son and what he had said, and it would be sorted straight away. The obvious solution.

Can anyone explain what the bear was about? I'm assuming it had something to do with the conversation with Dipi but I couldn't understand a word that Elly was mumbling.

Fuck all. She needed to give him something special as Dipi has said that there was something in there special. She told Dipi she couldn’t give it to him as it would make him too upset. She asked if there was something else but there wasn’t so she bought the bear.

It was ridiculous. Also Dipi will probably see that on the fridge if she ever goes over there.
