How old is Leo meant to be? Piper is about 19/20 isn't she. She does seem to hang out with much older people. Leo must be early 30s (as David is a Dr)?

I think Piper is 18/19 and Leo is 30/31.

I think that during the tedious storyline re Paul being Tanaka Daddy they were conceived around 1986. So early thirties.

Omg. I can't believe Leo's meant to be early thirties! I assumed he was about 23 or something. He seems really young. I thought there was a massive age gap between him and therese and always thought he was far closer in age to piper than her mum.
Mishti also seemed early twenties and I assumed he was similar. He acts like a teenager anyway!

According to the Neighbours wiki (I know, I've a lot of time on my hands right now) David and Leo were born at the end of 1985 so that makes them 33.

Therese was born in 1973 or 1974 making her 44/45 ish.

Piper was born in October 1999, so she's 19.

So not much difference in the age differences, but slightly more between piper and Leo.

I think it was more to do with how young Piper was at the time. Therese saw her as still being a child whereas she saw Tyler as a man.

I don’t think the wiki page is right about Tyler’s age. Travis Burns has a tattoo that says ‘established 1991’ and has apparently said that this is both his age and Tyler’s. so he’d be 27/28 now. I think that’s right as a couple of characters referenced an 8 year age gap between them and Mark said there was a slightly bigger one between him and Paige

I don't think so. If therese is 45 and Imogen is what - 23? Then therese would have been 22 when she had her. Seems unlikely given she was married at the time and Brad had already had ned and had got divorced and remarried, but in soaps they all get married as teenagers and all the adults think it's fine.

I think the timeline with Brad/Therese/Lauren was changed to accommodate the Paige storyline.

It is completely ludicrous. I’m not even sure she started Uni at 18, but even if she had, the earliest she would be able to be in sole charge of a practice in England would be 27 (possibly 26 if she was Scottish but did her highers at 17 and then did her degree in England). US lawyers don’t even start Law School until they’ve completed an undergraduate degree, and I am pretty sure that US law schools don’t do electives in the law of the whole of Australia in sufficient detail to allow you to practice immediately with no supervision.

I suppose they could have accelerated her through all the courses just to get rid of cos she’s so annoying, but frankly most law students are annoying twats who think they know everything and that everyone else is dumber than Kyle, so even that would be a stretch!

The nineties were a very busy time for Brad which may explain why he returned with a different head.
