I love Sarge McCarthy too! Yes let’s give him a super hot wife at home who cooks him delicious food and is constantly pestering him for sex. He’s too busy polishing his Porsche and remodelling his pool house to notice (well, why not give the guy a break, his work life revolves around reprimanding his criminal staff and being led up the garden path by people he’s supposed to trust).

Can we send Maggie up then Hot Daddy can get in on with Roo, I reckon he's dirty in bed

Perhaps we could hire Sonya as Mrs Sarge. She could be a social worker - maybe we could introduce her after John & Maz take in a new foster child. She turns up to see how they're getting on but they've run away & end up being brought back by Sarge while she's there. After that she'll pop up occasionally at Salt or the diner collecting some takeaway for their dinner, checking in with Maz, having meetings with Maggie which really would be more professional to have in the school... Maybe they could have a couple of kids - young teens to be the next generation after Raffy/Ryder/Bella move on. After a couple of weeks the Sarges could decide to move to the area, perhaps one of their DC has been struggling to make friends at their current school & so they'll move them to Summer Bay.

Yeah, lets hire Sonya!!!!! Sarge deserves a lovely wife like Sonya and a couple of troublesome yet loveable kids!

I love how Brody is promising to visit when we all know that no one ever visits once they've left the bay

I think part of him knows he has, hence the looks when she's with Dean. But he had convinced himself this is right. Can't wait for him to find out who the buyer is

I can't believe Brody's nerve at daring to comment on any aspect of Ziggy's life right now.

Frankly, I'm in disbelief that he's only been punched the once since this whole affair began. But I'm glad it was Ziggy who got to do it herself, rather than the tired old cliche of one of the men stepping in to defend her - all credit to the writers that they haven't had Ben punch him (again), or Dean.

I'm not gonna spoil, it's much more fun taunting the knowledge lol

Hated Simone more than ever today. Smugly egging him on to leave. All super happy she got her man. And Dean should deffo have punched Brodie’s lights out at the ‘not good enough’ comment. I’m hoping he’s shoved a potato in the exhaust or something.

Sonya's bought Salt. Sarge is married to a chef. It's the first time she's gone back to work since having DC but it seemed like the right time. Both DC are teens now. Sarge arrested the parent of one of the kids at the DC's school & they've been making life difficult for the DC so they decided it can be a fresh start for them all - Sonya's new restaurant & the DC at a new school.

They're even buying the Braxton's old place & doing it up. They intend to let the flat out but shortly after they move in Sonya's sister turns up & creates mayhem. When it's discovered that one of the DC has gone from victim to bully at their new school, their aunt is the only one who can get through to them. This earns her the respect of the community & she settles down a bit.

I wonder if they have any jobs going in the story editing dept... Is "story editing" even a thing?!
