The colonel is having a bit of heart to heart with Dave. Of course, Dave and the Colonel have history and he feels a bit like a father to him - but only a tiny little bit.

I didn't recognise the Superintendent at first - I knew his voice but couldn't place him! It's a very distinctive voice!

Er - they do ok for a while eejit then it goes downhill again, but that's not for another three or four series.

I wonder if the tans were real or sprayed on - did spray on tan even exist in the early 90's.

Must be difficult for Dave, when he really wants to be there to talk to Donna.
