Just watched part2... utterly depressing! It’s like watching holly oaks or something. To many mind games- it’s cryptic enough to keep up. As for the screaming match between Jean and Haley’s mum I had to turn sound off. I just kept thinking there’s what 13 other people in the house where are they?

How did He find out she was anemic so quick? If it’s that bad you are fainting you are shattered not running around doing things 50mph.

Yes queue of pensioners around laundrette waiting Dot dish out herbal meds to help with their aches and pains. I could be wrong but never seem to move that many drugs at once? Are they supposed to be topping up big suppliers not doing 1-1 transactions?

Dot corleone! Love this. I can see her being a bit dodgy with some gear hidden under the clock. Going over to the dark side.

Mind you, as bad as Evie and the drugs story line is atm I didn't guess that Rat was in on it! It still throws me a curved ball.

That's true 80's about the Rat thing being a curve ball. I certainly didn't see it coming.
As much as Evie character is annoying the actual storyline and message it's passing on is fantastic. It's showing how kids get involved in this sort of thing and the types of kids (vulnerable) who get wrapped up in it.

It's certainly educational

I don't mind the Evie storyline. I like the fact that it wasn't the predicatable Jagger who was the main person ithe drugs outfit.

It’s all a bit of a shitshow at the moment. Having said that, I was glad Bev told Jean a few home truths about her crap parenting. Usually the writers completely forget about the characters’ past lives, so good to be reminded that jean isn’t exactly mother of the year

Were we supposed to feel sorry for Bev when it was revealed she told the truth for the first time? I was puzzled about that. Who gives a shit about Bev and her ‘feelings’? Or was that Bev’s leaving scene? Her Duff Duff scene?

No, Evie Steele isn't anything to do with the Cottons. Dottie was about 7 a few years back : Evie is 18 ( if her ID was true of course)
However, I could be wrong. They sometimes change history on EE!

Just looked it up and Dottie was eight in 08 ... Evie could be her but I still doubt it.

From a practical point of view, I don't really think they could try to pass Evie off as Dottie. Dottie was extremely pale skinned and Evie has lovely dark olive skin. Surely they couldn't try to pass them off as the same person
