The open marriage I assume is Neil and Katya? Everyone went on about how hurt he must have been when the kiss happened, yet he quite clearly didn't give a toss from what I could see.

I suspect one of the male pros is gay as well.

SirVixofVixHall · 16/12/2018 18:12

Aah, that is lovely.

Juells · 16/12/2018 18:21

Joe looks like he's only a teenager.

also at least one marriage is ‘Open’ that’s it’s so far

There are only two marriages I can think of - Neil and Katya, and Aljaz and Janette. Any others?

Figgygal · 16/12/2018 18:42

Dianne is very pretty and he seems lovely

GodrestyemerrySchadenfreud · 16/12/2018 19:04

Dianne is very pretty and he seems lovely

It's not their relationship that makes me - it's the cloying public revelation that turns my stomach.

DeepanKrispanEven · 16/12/2018 19:06

If Bruno's still on next year, someone needs to have a firm word with him about his scoring. In recent rounds the number of 10s he has given has been utterly ridiculous.

I have no objection to having slabs with some sort of dance background, if they're actors that is quite difficult to avoid. However, I don't think it was fair to anyone, least of all Ashley herself, to have someone who is on any interpretation a professional dancer.

DeepanKrispanEven · 16/12/2018 19:06

slebs, not slabs.

Kilpitlees · 16/12/2018 19:17

Awww! I think it is lovely ... Joe and Dianne.

TofuPanda · 16/12/2018 19:39

Maybe Joe & Dianne are hoping that the cloying public revelation will allow them to be a couple without being constantly papped.Or maybe it because they are in lurrrve.

TofuPanda · 16/12/2018 19:41

I should have used their ship name Joanne
Xmas Grin

GrouchyKiwi · 16/12/2018 20:29

I'm not in my 40s or 50s but things came late to NZ so I grew up watching that. Grin

Reckon you could do a tolerable paso to that. But not sure if you should.

SubtitlesOn · 16/12/2018 20:52

I found my copy of the book of Black Beauty when we were sorting boxes this afternoon so started whistling it Xmas SmileXmas SmileXmas SmileXmas SmileXmas SmileXmas Smile

Then thought about SCD and how much I remember the music and if it could be danced to so thought I would ask you guys who know more about dancing than me

That music brings back such memories of my childhood and that if they had chosen music like this rather than pop music (it also couldn't be ruined by bad singing)

whether it would influence the votes being a memorable theme tune from childhood of viewers that is different from the normal ones they choose

morningtoncrescent62 · 16/12/2018 21:06

Oh, that's one of the best theme tunes ever, Subtitles. It's right up there with the themes to and for evoking happy hours around the telly! I don't know what you could dance to any of them though, probably pasos all round but not much else.

covetingthepreciousthings · 16/12/2018 21:31

I know I've said this before.. but wouldn't it be great to have a special hour long round up episode of ITT on the Monday after the final?

I hope Zoe doesn't leave, I can't see her stepping down as she seems to genuinely love it.. but it will be a big commitment.

Binglebong · 16/12/2018 22:36
