Dp has been out for sanpro for me, but as we only have ds won't need to have that chat in the local shop !

blame mattress is very apt. I must say I was very naïve with my first and didn't realise how much loss there would be in the weeks after giving birth. I never went to any classes and birth plans weren't a thing then.
