I thought she looked like the one from house so I googled and then changed my mind, then I thought it was the editor from one tree hill but it's not that either. Think she must just have one of those faces, if u google her she looks different without the red hair.

MissedIt I googled the same 2 people! It's not either of them though... The one I'm thinking of had straight, shoulder-length red hair cut with lots of choppy layers, very skinny, not one of the main group, had bright blue eyes which reminded me of a husky dog... May have had a nose stud... Pretty sure the character was gay... I suspect it was a trashy teen programme - One Tree Hill, The OC, 90210, something like that. It's really bugging me!

Could it be Olivia Wilde (Thirteen from House) as Alex in The OC? Pretty sure she's not the person I was originally thinking of - she has more orangey hair - but now I've stared at pictures of so many different women I've forgotten what the original person looked like!

How annoying was yashvi today?? I mean, I'm totally with Toadie on having a go at her, she just laughed and found it funny that she'd sprayed weedkiller on the plants even after he'd made the point that they couldn't afford to lose stock. What a cow.

I'm really impressed with sonya and toadie at the moment. I can't stop crying though! Surely she doesn't have to die? I think it's about time they had some good news. And I'll go mad if they bring back dee/Andrea to become all happy families. Sonya and toadie have such a mature relationship. I thought they'd end up taking over from Karl and Susan when they eventually have to move on (though please don't make them go, they are my favourite couple).

Looking forward to the inevitable when Paul and Thérèse must surely get back together.

Tbf I think health and safety wise she had a point that the weed killer didn’t have a hazard sign. But not sure why she can’t read. It explains her exam results though.

Why is Piper at the court house? I would have thought Toadie doing a half day and getting Piper to cover the nursery would have been much more sensible. Surely everyone knows Yashvi can only play footie like any other jock on American tv.

Yashvi is an awful character. She's not even the likeable teenage disaster, plus nothing ever came of her knowing that Alice wasn't all she claimed to be Confused

I wonder if this will end Karl's career? The look when Toadie said he wish it had been caught earlier. The grief of losing someone who is like a DIL. I feel so sad for him too

I’m only a bit way through today’s but Karl saying ‘I don’t feel I can tell Susan while she’s on the ms trial’- Karl shouldn’t be telling Susan at all?!

@Notreallyhere2 I thought the same but later on when he's talking to Sonya he mentions Susan and she doesn't seem that bothered he's to tell her, so maybe it was agreed🤷🏻‍♀️

It was hard to watch them break the news to Dipi and Shane... I'm gonna be an emotional wreck by end of it.
I'm not liking where Toadie is going - blaming Karl. He's not the only doctor I'm sure so shouldn't be blamed for it.

At least Karl has several other careers he could fall back on. It’s probably about time he became Mayor. We have had that in a while.

God I am a wreck watching toadie and sonya. Too awful too sad and Mrs tembe leaving in doctors my soaps are ruined.

When Sonya said that the brothers should go to the pub so they could chat, I thought that was lovely. I’m not sure if the writing is better or their acting is just another level but there are very real moments included in the plot.

The acting is so good in the Sonia scenes, so understated and subtle. Find myself comparing it to the way Coronation Street deals with tragic scenes, all screeching and yelling and over the top sobbing. The producers should watch Neighbours!

Can’t remember which thread it was on but someone mentioned Bea having too much fake tan. She’s just posted on her insta stories that every day she films they have to spray over a gun tattoo on her upper arm (inside) so maybe they have to put extra on to blend it elsewhere?

From what I've read from an interview with Eve they all wanted to take extra care with the storyline.

It's weird about Karl and not telling Susan coz he's always banged on about confidentiality before. In a way, if he couldn't tell Susan, it would be harder to have to hide his emotions. Alan F did the reactions to Toadie very well.

In other news, it's always so weird in Neighbours that any bit part actor gets a character first & surname on the credits 🤔

I think the Karl telling Susan is a bit different in this case. Toady is like a son to them. He lived with them since he was about 13/14 and they were parents to him. So I think part of it being hard not to tell Susan is that he knows Susan would want to know, not just that he wants her support.

Sonya and toady are acting so well. I'm a wreck. I agree the scene where they told Dippi and Shane was so true to life (well, apart from a stupid looking face from Shane) and sending them to the pub was spot on.
