I didn't like that but can't really comment on the technical expertise. I just thought she looked as if she should have been on the Hallowe'en night.

I remember her being the 'dance' judge on DOI. She is probably the best dancer in the show and is great to watch- it just doesn't seem in the true spirit of the dance because she's not a beginner or even a half-trained beginner. Enjoyable but just like watching a pro dance. As Darcy is saying, it's a bit frenetic, a bit like the last dance.

36/40 seemed a fair score.

Lauren next. I do hope it's a good dance for her. She's quite good at 'fierce'.

You have to admire AJ's choreography to be able to adapt it for Lauren's disability

I love Lauren's dress.

I think AJ's been great with Lauren this series. I don't know how technically good it was, but it looked good. Darcy 's doing that thing she does. She's decided that Lauren's not a finalist so she's not going to over praise it.

Bet she's bottom after round 1.

I would guess that Lauren and Ashley will be in the dance off.

Going to get my pudding now. ....

Unfortunately, they've got Samba next - that is not a good dance for the semi final.

I don't think Ashley really needs to worry about whether she's getting to the final unless she's up against Faye. I think she knows she won't win the series but only Faye could possibly beat her in a dance-off. Sadly, as great as Stacey is - and I think she's the potential winner - technically Ashley would be better.

Nice Samba from Faye and Giovanni. I like Faye and she's a great dancer.

I love watching the samba and the salsa.

As an armchair critic, it looked good to me, but then again at this stage, they all look good!

I think she'll definitely be in the final.

Stacey's second dance. I think she is very likely to win next week - she started from scratch plus Kevin is a very popular professional too.

Nice Viennese Waltz. Kevin always chooses good songs.

They keep showing a dark haired man with a beard in the audience - is that her boyfriend do we know?

Perhaps this is finally Kevin's year. Depends very much on Joe's support. So far only Ashley in this last 5 has been in the bottom two so it may be interesting to see who will join her this week. Although....it might not be her in the bottom two if the audience feels sorry for her.

Yes, I think it is her boyfriend. Might have to google them.

Hasn't Kevin been in every final since he joined the pro dancers?

I don't think he got to the final with Susan Calman last year.

Hmmmm, the reviews there weren't brilliant. I think he will need lots of votes from the public to keep him in.

Sorry bit of a computer freeze there. I quite enjoyed Joe's AT but that's a difficult dance for him with his stature.

Might be interesting if it turned into a Joe versus Lauren dance-off depending on how well she does her samba.
