Tennis thread: towards the end of the season, lots of tennis still to be played!

Hi all, I wasn't sure if Raahh was around so I thought I would start a new thread (thanks ferrier) in case of any urgent tennis news that we might need to start posting about immediately! I'm looking forward to Shanghai this week

Delpo has updated his Insta with an extremely fetching picture of himself news of his injury. He basically said he was gutted to miss London and had to really change his mindset but he is doing rehab. No word on exactly when he'll come back though.

Poor Delpo.

I saw a picture of Rafa yesterday, on crutches with his foot bandaged up.

So many injured players.

Private unfortunately, I was on hols abroad for second week of Wimbledon, so never got to hear the Murray / Henman commentary. Really jealous, cos you all gave it rave reviews

And wearing a really grubby looking off white/ grey shirt. Am not a fan.

Someone was wearing that grubby shirt earlier as well. It's just wrong. Either wear white, or wear grey!

I find Colin Fleming excruciating on the commentary. I'd much rather have his namesake.

Whoever is responsible for that Nike clashing red outfit they all have should be fired!

nike this year has definitely gone for highlighter colours and stuff that clashes.

and in the case of Stef's shirt, 'washing your whites, with your darks' chic.

I know, the Nike one is awful as well!! So many clashing items (shirt, shorts, wristband, shoes) ugh!

Great tennis from DeMinaur, he's so fast around the court.

Sky Mix no longer appears to be showing the tournament. So, they've shown it all week, and now I can't see it to the end.

Sky are so annoying doing things like that and their search facility is a joke too

Yes looking forward to the watching the finals - hoping for some good matches. The last few years have been a bit disappointing.

Also why have they put Isner next to Keith?! Surely the greatest height difference in the group?!

Private that reminds me of my graduation procession. I was paired with the tallest lad in the year- not deliberate, it was alphabetical- but he was 6ft 4, and I'm 4ft 8. . It was hard for anyone to get us both in a photograph.

DS as moaning about height differences - trying to get PFGC (age 3) & my DH (6ft 6) reasonably cropped for a framed picture!!

I have to confess that I am not going to be here for most of the finals - just bagged a last minute deal away (again, I know............).
