Julia referred to the photo as "us building the deathstar" presumably meaning herself and cameron plotting evil at no.10. Before the speech at st Matthews she said to David "if anything happens to me, go to the deathstar"- as she had compromising material about no 10, the finger of suspicion would point there, but in fact she didn't know that David had already snooped at the compromising material and she meant the pic previously referred to.

Yes, they focused on both the death star conversations in the 'previously on', so it was obvious it was important and come up tonight, plus Chanel was in the 'previously' too, so she was bound to come up.

What I can’t work out is: Roger, Travis et al if they are supporters of the PM, and against Julia, and they seem to be in cahoots with the SS, why did the the SS give Julia that material in the first place?

What did they expect her to do with it? Why were they outraged when she went to the PM?

And why the hell is no one worried that the safe house is no longer safe? I very much fear for Vicky.

And why would ‘Longcross’ be meeting Islamist terrorists and colluding on the blowing up of trains to kill the public? Although maybe in that case he was keeping track of MrNadia. Maybe that’s how they knew the train was at risk.

Tom is the police officer working with Budd who reported him to his boss - basically saying he was unwell (which fundamentally he is given he shot himself).

I suspect Tim is not all he seems - possibly his ex-wife's new boyfriend?

He would have access to her keys.

He may be another red herring and trying to protect Vicky by getting Budd of the investigation or he may be the "insider".

Sadly I think Julia is dead - but I wish she wasn't and am still hoping for a Lazerus moment.

I'm amazed that no one has found the (bloody obvious) connection between SlashDavid and his scarred Army mate who was the sniper. They were either in the same unit or served together in Afghanistan

I also think that Julia is still dead, sadly, although when David went to quiz the doctor I thought it was going to be about exactly what happened in the operating theatre and if there was any chance she could have been spirited away to a safe house somewhere...

I think Knots that there are lot of groups essentially with different interests - that all coalesced on Julia.

There's clearly now an organised crime element.

The anti Julia politicians seemingly wanted to kill her career, but not take her life.

The PM sounds shady as hell. What we don't know is if Julia was doing what she thought was right or allowing herself to align with the SS to gain information to take down the PM and replace them.

SS are clearly involved re: Longcross but we don't know if they killed her (wouldn't seem to make sense), but are rather covering their tracks I suspect because they were behind the train/school attacks to re-enforce to Julia and the country why the Bill to increase their rights was necessary and they don't want Budd to expose this.

I think david knew that Chanel was trying to get his number - he already knew about the car who picked her up - gave it a suspicious look when she was sacked.

It could have been any number of people who reported his mental health; I’m just surprised he ‘knows’ it was her.

I think Julia is most likely dead but the only thing now giving me a small amount of hope is the big deal they made of her having a ‘small private funeral’. Clue?!?! Wouldn’t she have had a bigger sending off given her status and the circumstances of her death?
