X FACTOR 2018- **SAT Sept 1st 8pm** it really IS that time of year again! There are new judges, probably a format and it's Saturday night (and the occasional Sunday) sorted until December :-)

I have just been reminded it starts this weekend- I'm in denial.

I'm not sure about the new judges. I think I will miss Nicole. Maybe not Louis. But we have a New Replacement Louis. I don't like Robbie Williams, and having his wife there might be a mistake.

So- first thread of the year. I will be back when I have had a proper look at what is happening this weekend.

They've all been pretty underwhelming so far. I feel crotchety because I liked the room auditions and I don't like the new judges. Grump.

Want a scary fact? This lot were about 1/2 when this show started- this is the 15th series- so if they claim to have watched it from the beginning, they are lying Grin .

nancy it's rubbish- they all have backing and stuff- it's nothing like the live auditions in th room, which were genuine straightforward vocals, with just a bloke on a keyboard.
