Oh dear CJ, you don't like the reference to Bones.

Maisie is trying to boost his self-confidence!

CJ is being touchy about the fact that they keep mentioning Bones. Poor Maisie trying to cheer him up.

I like CJ in this scene - he's got the bit between his teeth - and is more the CJ of old.

I'd like to know how Georgie can just turn up and send the others off on a mission to get the child. I thought they were supposed to be searching vehicles.

Oh Kingy, you weren't meant to let the inspector through so easily.

'puter was playing up but CJ is a bit like old CJ in that scene with the Police Inspector.

She is lying to you Georgie.

I notice that no one takes any interest in Ruby only Monk. It's quite funny.

I do think this scene where the lads have to avoid the prostitutes is quite funny.

This looks like a bit of an eye opener for Ruby.

This bit makes me laugh. Why don't they put Monk with the kid in front of them and why doesn't he just pick her up and run anyway. None of them look back.

My wifi was playing up too!

Think the reference to Rolex takes us back to the first series with Rolex Boy.

Sorry, but I will continue to believe that CJ loves Molly and he's not thinking straight or hearing what is being said, or even probably answering the phone.

OK, so what is our plan tomorrow? I probably won't be able to watch it live as I have friends here (organised BEFORE the World Cup put paid to the usual order of things). I won't be able to watch until about 10.30 probably.

Then there's the grand finale on Tuesday to consider.

Well, it may be difficult to avoid commenting after the first episode but judging by last week we didn't actually say a lot about it anyway. I'm not sure if it's because we were too stunned by the end of that episode and CJ's claim that I just can't bring myself to repeat or just not too enthralled in general.

I suppose the general verdict will be delivered after the end of Tuesdays episode.

Evening all! I finally watched Episode 6 last night and I'm afraid it's all a bit meh, to use that dreadful phrase! I have downloaded series 1 to take on holiday with me, and snuck in a few peaks at favourite scenes over the last few evenings (the duet, the Rosabaya moment, the restaurant etc etc). I know I've said this before but it really is in a different league- the soundtrack and scenery, the script, the chemistry. I almost wish now that we hadn't had series two onwards. I'm enjoying them in the way I enjoy many things on tv, but they have not been special in the way that series 1 was. Apart from CJ of course.

We go away early Tuesday so the final two episodes will have to wait till mid August, so I will probably avoid reading the thread if I can help it. I know I don't often say much but I do read everything and have done since thread 1!
