childishly, I might have been singing 'Roger's going home' to the tune of Three Lions, (try it, it fits) but only because I'm totally sick of the BBC bias towards him this year

I do think that Rafa will struggle against Djok though. But , Friday, as they say, is another day.

Well what a stupid night to go out for tea!!saw a bit of the 5th set. Wow. Never thought I'd see Delpo diving for volleys Great for Rafa but devastated for Delpo... But, a couple of years ago I would have given anything to see him play like that, so I should just appreciate it really. And Rafa is so lovely. So fair play to them. And that hug at the end was everything.

Awesome couple of matches, thrilled for Rafa but sad for Del Potro, such a lovely moment at the end though, amazing sportsmanship.
And fed gone....this has been a very good day.
I didn't know about the Isner/Trump connections, cheering for Anderson all the way in that match. I think Rafa will struggle against Novak especially after tonight's match but fingers crossed he can come through.

They are both such lovely blokes-I wish it had been a final really, it deserved to be.

But Anderson also deserves his moment, and I really hope he beats Isner. I can't imagine anything more boring than Isner in the final- possibly against Djok.

And I never miss a Wimbledon final. Even when it was Djok/Federer- I watched it (more to get a glimpse of Stefan, to be honest ).

Isner has no right to be in a semi final IMO let alone a final! Seriously what is he doing there??!

Just marking place - would like to take all the credit for Rafa's victory - it was so stressful that I stopped watching and thus he of course turned it around. Delpo's two points in that last game? - I had started watching again...

Loved their hug at the end - brought a little tear to my eye. Rafa has so much genuine respect for his opponents, unlike some looking at you, Djok

If those two are in the final and we're all rooting for Djok that will be a turn up for the books
