I need to get a life !!!

OddBoots · 10/02/2019 14:09

I'm sure some of the bodycam footage we saw from time to time came from the security guards out the front too. I'm not sure Jade's footage would show Connie's attack, I thought it was going to be potential evidence for when they couldn't work out if they should bring him in by trolley or wheelchair but I guess that was a red herring.

FamilyOfAliens · 10/02/2019 14:17

She says " dont leave me " or words to that effect
But he HAS to ..because ..he has no phone to get help.

He could pick her up with one arm. She can’t possible weigh more than six stone.

ilovemilton · 10/02/2019 14:24

And if the attacker has been caught on the bodycams, she will have to apologise to Louise.

Unless the attacker is Louise. And she recorded it herself accidentally...

Aridane · 10/02/2019 14:25

That was a shocking ending and surprisingly violent for a show of this nature

bizzey · 10/02/2019 16:00

Agree a shocking ending .
I gasped at one point ...and could not look for the rest.

purpleme12 · 10/02/2019 16:10

I don't think it was that shocking, not overly anyway

Isitmybathtimeyet · 10/02/2019 16:26

I don't know. The kicks were pretty graphic.

spiderlight · 10/02/2019 17:11

I really was not expecting that ending!

SoupDragon · 10/02/2019 17:30

I'm not sure Jade's footage would show Connie's attack

Unless it was Jade.

purpleme12 · 10/02/2019 17:43

Why would Jade do it?

ButtonMooooon · 10/02/2019 18:10

I have just read an interview with Amanda Mealing and she said we don't find out who dunnit until episode 33. Last night was episode 23. They are obviously going to string it out for AGES!!!!! ShockConfusedHmm

RedForShort · 10/02/2019 18:13

Oh dear. We'll probably have lost interest by then, and then still be disappointed.

purpleme12 · 10/02/2019 18:15

I honestly thought it was Ernest's daughter. I can't really think of anyone else though who would do it

Optimist1 · 10/02/2019 18:46

Well I have an alibi, so you can rule me out! I agree that bodycam footage will be relevant to Connie's attack.

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 10/02/2019 20:03

It was a relief to have Dylan back this episode, but I'm a bit tired of the soapbox these days. What with Louise's voiceover and Ric in Holby...I'm ashamed to say, I just want my TV shows to be good old-fashioned drama, not political party manifestos. There's enough shit on the news, with Brexit fast approaching.

Bombardier25966 · 10/02/2019 20:10

@TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross The NHS is political because lack of funding directly impacts patient outcomes (including causing deaths) and staff welfare. That's a fact, not a party manifesto!

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 10/02/2019 20:36

Oh for goodness sake, apologies for phrasing my own opinion badly on a thread about a TV soap Hmm

Yes, I know the fucking NHS is political because of a lack of fucking funding. My point is, I get that every day on the fucking news. On a Saturday night soap, I can do without every woman and her dog getting on a soapbox and preaching about it. If I want facts, I'm sure I can watch an improving documentary, thanks.

CouldBeAnyoneReally · 10/02/2019 20:39

Yeah it does my head in too.

SoupDragon · 10/02/2019 21:22
rosy71 · 10/02/2019 22:39

I was shocked by the ending. I assumed it was Ernest's daughter but surely that would be too obvious. I can't think who else would attack Connie tho.

purpleme12 · 10/02/2019 22:40

Exactly if it's supposed to be a whodunnit thing you're supposed to have suspects

RedForShort · 10/02/2019 23:04

Erm, well might be best not to watch a soap about an NHS hospital.

😯

MissEliza · 10/02/2019 23:06

Trying to make political points week in, week out is pretty stupid because the audience just filter it out if they hear them too often.

NotMyUsualTopBilling · 10/02/2019 23:20

I doubt Jade's footage would've captured Connie's attack but I do think it will be used to point out suspects i.e. angry patients and disgruntled staff.

My guess is the boy (Luke?) dad, just got that inner psycho vibe from him.

I also think that Lilly will go for an inquest and the footage of Louise moving Ernest in critical condition will be used against them.
