Yep

yogimum · 21/05/2007 21:29

I agree. An au pair would be ok if the mother was at home or if you have teenagers but not with such young children.

southeastastra · 21/05/2007 21:29

sort of, i recognise that woman, but can't think from where

bristols · 21/05/2007 21:30

Agree with yogimum. The au pairs seem to be barely children themselves. God, I sound old

yogimum · 21/05/2007 21:30

which woman?

Durdle · 21/05/2007 21:31

What on earth is that kid called? FredBartVR or something?

moodlumthehoodlum · 21/05/2007 21:31

Where do they find these people (apart from the media request section of MN... )

OP posts:
Beauregard · 21/05/2007 21:32

elasticbandstand · 21/05/2007 21:35

At the risk of going off on a tangent- did you see the NSPCC advert in the break? I HATE those!

pickledpear · 21/05/2007 21:36

the people are posh twats who have no idea on parenting as for the father who has the american nannie he real laugh but his house poor girl she has to make it tidy but where would she start cupboards are falling off

yogimum · 21/05/2007 21:36

yes they are cheap childcare. I always believed they were just an extra pair of hands who came to live as part of your family to learn english and the culture. I am nanny and have been replaced before by an au pair as my boss couldn't justify my wages!

expatinscotland · 21/05/2007 21:36

Remind me to do my best to make sure my daughters never go out for this type of 'work'.

Mr.Perv and his partner, the one with the face that could peel pain, are creepy.

Jilly's a cow.

Clara is beyond disorganised.

Durdle · 21/05/2007 21:36

And also I can't believe that guy takes on the first aupair that applies cos he's a 'crap judge of character'- does he not care who he's leaving his kids with???????????????

pickledpear · 21/05/2007 21:37

what is he doing to his car screwdriver????

moodlumthehoodlum · 21/05/2007 21:37

That man never takes up a reference? That couple are nuts.
