I don’t understand where (or why) they’re going with this Rishi storyline. They’ve basically repeated the same scene with Jai looking like a rabbit in the headlights while the daughter yaks and cackles across the table about selfies. What is the point? It’s boring.

Good to see Bob's archaic sexist attitude called out on a prime time soap I didn't like the bit about "what if your boss is a woman" as if that was a new thing. When I started out working in 1987 my boss was a woman. I'm sure Bob would have enough cop-on to not come across as a sexist dinosaur at an interview. They were trying too hard to be PC. That scene was annoying.

That's true about female managers in the 1980s - my boss was a woman as well at that time But Bob's character is a dinosaur in general - numerous wives, affairs and children, an absent useless father. He used to be a sales rep at 'Naughty Nylons' and used to sleep around with female colleagues when away being a sales rep.

I'd love if they brought his son Jamie back. He was a lovely character. A bit like Finn but without the stalkerish nature!

Dawn died in a house explosion I think it was and then Terry died and the child TJ (mini Peter Kay lookalike) went to live with Dawns mother from what I remember.

Apart from Kerry, none of them can act, and Amelia's am dram expressions as she tries so obviously hard to act are comical at best... I've taken to fast forwarding any scenes involving them
