I find much much more creepy than Lachlan - he's a rather pathetic character. And husband bad acting was rubbing of on Cain and others - everything felt stilted and disjointed. Weird episode.
Why are they bringing up all the stuff with Samson's mum? And what was the deal with Marlon's girlfriend calling him a wimp?

I think they're trying to remind viewers that Alice died from cancer so even those that have forgotten can be overjoyed at the prospect of yet another repeat storyline(now that Lydia has cancer of the ankle)

In fact, how about a more happy storyline hey?

Loads of funny bits tonight. Aaron covering himself with the cushion when the door opened, the way Danny got such a fright when he didn't realise Isobel was right behind him, Lachlan saying he didn't see Seb because of all the balloons and Seb looking at the memory book and then up at Robert, so cute. I really enjoyed it.

Don't forget David's testicular Cancer.

jane who are Danny and isobel? I am guessing they must be actor names? But I find it really confusing when you lot start talking about lily etc. How do you even watch soaps and think of the actors names? I just don't understand! I don't even watch the credits so have no idea. But even if I did, I get so engrossed in the soap storyline that I can only ever think of the characters! To me they are real!

Danny is Aaron and Isobel is Liv. I used their real names because it obviously wasn't a scripted thing and made me laugh. I know everyone's names including the writers and directors who come up at the beginning and give me an idea of how the episode is going to go!

I was rewatching some of the party bits because there was so much going on in the background including Jimmy eating all the cakes and Nicola making off with a bunch of balloons

Glad I'm not the only one who likes to know everyone Jane isn't it strange how getting engaged seems to have given Robron the raging horn , we've had nowt but the odd peck for months now..

I loved the way Joe said "you misunderstand me". Very Jane Austen he has such pretty eyes.

He's a bit of a hypocrite though. Sends Graham away for beating him up, but is fine to go out with Debbie who paid someone to deface him with acid.

I don't get their relationship at all.

Even if the envelope Ross had was full of fifties, there couldn't have been more than a grand or two in there. Is that (and a small bag of coke) all he got for all those high end cars?

I couldn't understand how he fooled the police with the car?

So now Ross is going to get into drugs, that will end in disaster I'm sure.

Lachlan doesn't know that Belle has plans to take him away for two weeks, what on earth will happen to Rebecca.

That was so sad. It's going to be awful when Chas has the baby I hope Liv is able to cope with being given the role of Godmother, she's a bit young for it.

remember when they showed Debbie working in Joe's really fancy office - how come he never seems to be at work lately at all? Also there must be plenty of people there who can be his PA so he wouldn't have to offer it to the girl he barely knows? Really hope him and Priya don't have an affair.

Chas & Liv have a lovely relationship.

Joe is obviously very talented at delegation. It was like Father Ted when he couldn't make himself a coffee.

I like Liv when she's like this but no doubt they'll turn her back into an annoying brat soon.

I wonder if the Lydia cancer story is just to have her distracted so she isn't hovering around Lachlan all the time and he can carry on being devious.

The scenes with Chas and Paddy could be so poignant if it wasn't for his atrocious acting. I don't understand how he has lasted so long on in Soapland.

He's very good at emotional stuff though. He's had some great scenes with Aaron down the years.
