How long will Joe and Robert play the one upmanship game, its tedious beyond belief.

Has Lisa gone for good and if she has I wouldn't blame her.

Will Chas and Paddy last as long as this thread, I'd be very surprised.

Moses is adorable

Hmm it wasn’t a baby. It was never going to be a baby. She’d made her mind up. She didn’t need permission to do that.

southeastdweller · 20/07/2018 22:03

It's semantics - baby, foetus - it doesn't matter, she still shouldn't have done it.

I'm not talking about permission, by the way. Just talking.

AWomanIsAnAdultHumanFemale · 20/07/2018 22:14

Of course she should have done it and she explained exactly why she did it without telling him. Because he would pile on a shitload of emotional guilt to get her to change her mind. Just like he did tonight when he said it could have been his last chance to be a dad and that she wouldn’t have to have anything to do with it (oh except just carry and risk her life birthing it for him, which is really nothing at all) Hmm she did exactly the right thing. She knew how he’d be and she was right.

southeastdweller · 20/07/2018 22:17

Ok, let's agree to disagree because there's already been an argy bargy on this thread and this particular issue might be triggering for some others reading the posts.

RightOnTheEdge · 21/07/2018 00:21

Lisa went off to Scotland I think to do a job helping troubled teens.

Why she would do that and leave her own troubled teen daughter when she needs her I have no idea Hmm

Susiesoap7 · 21/07/2018 09:52

Do we think Lisa is coming back? Or has she left for good, if she's helping troubled teens she definitely needs something doing with the hair! 😍

Mc180768 · 21/07/2018 10:34

@KinkyAfro,

I too don't like the 'Matty' character. Find he makes my skin crawl.

The whole trans story is wooden and without depth. Corrie was way ahead of the game with Hayley.

The doctor leaking Tracey's confidential information story is shocking. He could be struck off.

Corneliawildthing · 21/07/2018 12:21

I wanted to shout at the telly last night with all the Moira/Matty/bull episode. As if you would let someone who seems to know next to nothing about farming persuade you to buy a bull, then allow them to go off and see it on their own............... you just knew how it would end.

I think the doctor's wife reminds me of Tess whom Paddy was carrying on with - same wild hair. The whole David things is pathetic.

AWomanIsAnAdultHumanFemale · 21/07/2018 12:40

Moira would never do what they’re doing. She has been running that farm for years, she isn’t foolish with money because she works bloody hard for what little she has and she’s no walkover. No way would she just smile and say “whatever you think is best”. No way.

bonfireheart · 21/07/2018 13:22

But maybe she would say yes to anything to stop matty from leaving. It's obvious how much she misses holly and Adam.

AWomanIsAnAdultHumanFemale · 21/07/2018 13:24

That’s true. Can matty not tell she (and everyone else) is patronising him though? All this “need another man around the place” stuff is really transparent.

bonfireheart · 21/07/2018 14:11

Totally agree. Wasn't impressed when Moira said eventhough she had Sam and Pete, she needed "another man" to help on the farm. Sexist much?

AWomanIsAnAdultHumanFemale · 21/07/2018 14:29

Exactly! Moira is proof they don’t need another man on the farm, just another set of hands.

JaneJeffer · 21/07/2018 16:52

I don't think farming is for Matty. I reckon he'll end up working in the scrap yard.

ellenanora5 · 21/07/2018 17:26

Next thing Vanessa will be letting him operate on animals, or maybe he could try his hand at medicine presuming Tracy reports the doctor.

That whole thing was so predictable.

I hope they don't draw out the Lachlan murder spree much longer, he's got away with so much, and the actor is brilliant, he needs to move on and get his teeth into a great drama or movie.

JaneJeffer · 21/07/2018 17:35

I hope he'll be successful when he leaves. It's a tough profession. He's so talented.

southeastdweller · 21/07/2018 17:59

If he's wise, he'll leave soon otherwise he risks typecasting.

user1499786242 · 23/07/2018 14:31

It's soooo predictable 😭😭😭

ellenanora5 · 23/07/2018 22:56

Indeed user, so bloody predictable

David is one nasty shit isn't he.

JaneJeffer · 23/07/2018 23:02

I'm enjoying it at the moment. Lots of different stories going on. And a bit of farming which is always nice to see!

AWomanIsAnAdultHumanFemale · 24/07/2018 10:53

I dreamt last night that Lachlan died! Shock I think I killed him Blush

JaneJeffer · 24/07/2018 11:41

Grinhow did you do it?

Thomas Atkinson is finally nominated for an award at the Inside Soap Awards - Best Bad Boy!

AWomanIsAnAdultHumanFemale · 24/07/2018 12:55

I dont know. There was lots of driving around and trying to avoid being seen. There was a large knife. I think my uncle was involved Hmm but I was definitely sad when he died. I do like Lachlan. He definitely deserves to win best bad boy. Who else was nominated? Do we know?

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 24/07/2018 14:33

They are not going to go the Victoria/Matty route are they? That would be a low even for them.
