I think Ali meant he fancied Carla when Michelle found out about the baby swap and he came to stay with MIchelle and Steve about 7/8 years ago when he was a teen.

The more i see of Ali, the more i think he's got that sort of manner where a gangster thug is being fake overly nice to someone theyre about to murder. Phelan does it sometimes. I keep expecting Ali to grab the person he's talking to by the scruff of their shirt and hiss through his teeth at them.

It fits with David's storyline that he isn't telling anybody, but i think because EVERY storyline needs to include secrets and not getting things off your chest when an opportunity presents itself, it just becomes a bit formulaic. We've got Eva and Toyah lying, Phelan lying, Gary/Seb/Nicola lying, Peter/Adam/Billy lying, Zeedan and Rana lying, Mary's son lying

If David and Shona marry, Blondie and Lillet's step-brother will have murdered their mother, but only after their mother murdered Blondie and Boingo's father and their Father/Uncle and Mother/Aunt and other Mother/Aunt buried him under their Grandmother's bed/granny annex/garage (where their Step-Granddad now deceased once tried to murder their Grandmother, Mother/Aunt, Father/Uncle, and Sister/Cousin).

I agree. The actor is badly mis-cast as a caring doctor. Where was he when they were looking for a Callum? He'd be way better than the Callum they did chose.

Remember though shower she has been living with Claire and Ashley’s decor for about 15 years! Probably glad of any change poor woman! Though you are right, as if her character would have liked it. She needs to nip next door to the Nazirs it’s the only house on the street that has had a makeover and always looks nice. I don’t think it was good form on the Corrie writers front to allow Sally to be made a fool of in again by Carla and Michelle, especially the sneering remark by Carla on the battenburg cake. Justice for Sally, get her a new kitchen!

Carla and Michelle have become a spiteful bitchy couple. Where is it leading? Obviously Michelle will find out about the Ali thing, but who will care? They've all become unpleasant characters.

I agree, the Nazirs house is the nicest. You'd think that Carla and Michelle would be a bit kinder what with the troubles they've had. Ali is a completely unconvincing doctor and I'm wondering how he got into medical school....

IVe missed about 20y of Corrie in middle. Martin looked familiar but is he living with man or woman? What kids does he have? Love way everyone can move to New Zealand without any money or skills!!

Not liking Carla is so amazing blokes half her age keep falling into bed at slightest thing.

The kid acting are better than adults. Ruby was particular well done laughing with Gemma. It’s certsinly how you expect a child of Fizz to talk back to you.

Ruby was lovely; she seemed so natural. I'm beginning to wish that Tyrone and Gemma get together. Fizz can then go to live with her gormless brother.

I stand by my original unpopular “they were on a break” and they have great chemistry. Both same level of vunerable.

Fiz can get part time job like other single parents and have no money worries at all!!

Given Carla has mega fish she can move out, Fiz can live with Roy that make more sense.

I so don’t want another wedding story Dull Dull Dull. If you are a wedding planner you don’t need other people to help. Especially as you own place where reception will be, surely. Plus it’s her what 2-3rd wedding??

I think they suit each other more than he and Fiz do, and it's time for Gemma to grow up a bit. I liked the bit where Tyrone put Chesney in his place for having a go at her, so the signs are promising for them getting together properly.

Oooh yes I liked it when Tyrone stood up for Gemma, Chesney is such an arse. Agree Ruby is gorgeous, and little Harry was so excited when he saw his birthday cake, he is lovely! I see the clairvoyant is showing her true colours, grubbing for money, I was wondering if Brian knows something about her, he gave her a funny look?

Martin is a nurse (or was when he left the programme so I presume he still is) so he would have the skills to move to NZ. But as for David and Shona's skills...
