cant wait

i enjoyed s1, tho was full of twists and if i rem correctly it was a confusing end

we weren't sure if she killed /tried to kill henry with a bag over his head

but we had proof it was him due to the bite mark on his shoulder

or something like that

the first series is on demand sowill re watch the last episode to refresh memory

I think I’ve worked it out. It’s going to be maya, Jason’s girlfriend, care home manager and the blonde IVF lady who are all in on it. Neither of them can have their own children and they are trying to preserve the innocence of others. For example the boy who escaped was being abused, another victim was troubled and in foster care etc.

Yup, it is definitely all about children who have been abused in some way : Marcella's son confessed that he hit his friend before he was abducted: hence the killer 'rescued' him.

'no accident '' isn't brother of step mum... when has that been said?? However, he certainly got admitted to the home under exceedingly dubious circumstances.

The woman who runs the care home (Dr Lewis) is the sister of the teenage girl who was probably murdered by Reg and co, the aged pop stars.

We don't have any connection between Jason's girlfriend and anyone yet to my knowledge : and then she suddenly turned up at the care home. as you do.

The reveal is going to be truly ridiculous, isn't it?

The only thing I am sure of is that Vince is innocent and is the Fall Guy.

By the way, I thought it was obvious it was not necessarily a man and police would never assume gender like that!

Why on earth have they not started looking for people with the medical nouse to administer drugs, lobotomise and make incisions????

Isn't the ginger woman a vet? She would have the medical, hopefully not lobotomy, but would be able to administer injections etc.

I like the theory about all the women who can't have children and preserving childhood innocence.

Becky didn't say anything about being related to Joel/'No accident'. I watched that bit again as I was so confused! Just said her name & that she'd spoken to Dr Lewis.

She was Jason's rehab nurse & may have worked in theatre so has the medical skills. She seems too young to be the killer though. Also as everyone else seems to be connected with everyone, she could be Dr Lewis' other sister ... & they're in on it together. Doctor & nurse.

Body in Reg's house as their other sister went missing after the concert? One at the police station as angry they hadn't done enough to find her. Choosing abused children, protecting the innocent as their sister hadn't been?

I find the music jarring, though perhaps it's to match the weird plot. Am looking forward to seeing smug bastard Jason get his comeuppance, Becky is definitely a wrong un.

I'm waiting for creepy Mark (the one spied on Marcella), to tell her what he's found out about Becky and Jason. Jason was implicated in the death of that bloke in series 1, yet nothing has come of that yet and I wonder why not?

Plus, if it's Maya then Tim is going to be in big trouble for a serial child killer ...

I'm watching it too, although I gave up on series 1 when the way the blackouts were used annoyed me too much, and I'm this close >•< to giving up again as all the interconnected blondes are too much.

The fiancée was kind of the last straw. Why is she there?

Oh, and the blonde vet is Keith Allen's real life partner, and the nepotism of that bugs me too.

Is it going to be that the interconnected blondes are are the killers. They are killing abused children as they themselves were abused*, so they want to rescue them. But they do that by lobotomising them, literally removing the abuse from their brains, then killing them, burying them Somewhere Meaningful with the internal talisman and a teddy for company, having taken a pic of their now eternal (dead) innocent bodies for posterity?

  • The killers if women will have to turn out to have been abused, as seemingly female tv killers always do. They can't just be evil.

Good point in that article that little Adam needs to wake from his coma - he was notably absent this week. I was expecting the police to be agitating to interview him as soon as he wakes up.

I also think that IVF/loo shag woman is too messed up and all over the place to do the patient and clinical stuff seen in the gloomy house. Maya and/or Becky seem a lot cooler and more capable of playing the long game.

I predict that Mark is going to discover that Becky was abused as a DC.

What I’m confused about is why Samantha’s mum didn’t say Alan was there after the concert as surely he would be there if he knew all about it? But she just said Reg John and some other guy, but surely she’d know if that other guy was Alan as he was already in the band wasn’t he?

OH I rewatched and subtitles

And they click on the photos and she recognised the logo to the lift maintenance - hence why searched the lifts

Def something dodgy with the ex husband blonde fiancé
