I don’t know about the DNA test but is it because she and Denise have different mothers? Maybe Kim thimks they have the same father or wants to know if it’s true? Was it actually explained at all?

Kims mother showed up a while ago now ( cant remember when>) then dropped the bombshell that they were not ' full sisters' only half sisters and left. Kim and Denise didnt pursue this then and it hasnt stopped them having a relationship, even if Kim disapproved her giving up Phil's baby for adoption. its nice that they are so close i think.

I can’t remember whether she said who her mother or father were.

She didn’t /wouldn’t say who Dee’s parents were, I think it all came out in an argument & then she left to go back to wherever she lives.
Years ago I’m sure they did a DNA to find out if Patrick was a relation, if both women did it surely them not being related would have come up then?

THE last discussion was after D have baby up. They had few home truths and their mum was there? Something that their dad or friend of dad had brought Dee back and they had brought her up. So unclear if have same Father or was friends daughter.

Dee’s father was supposedly a member of the band Patrick was in which is why she did a dna test with him.

I agree with notkidding that Kim wasn't around when the DNA check was done - it was purely to determine whether Patrick was Denise's father. I was just thinking how many cases of mistaken parental identity crop up in EE - way above the national average, surely??
