Does Aaron still have the mechanics job or did he work in the yard in a business that he & Adam started it, Jimmy and Robert have another company there too, the one that Joe was conned with?

Is the blackmailer really the guy who was sprung from the police van with Adam or is it just a big con?

Finding Emmerdale a bit dire - noticed that Stuart Blackburn wrote last night's episode. Not surprised.

Yes, that's what I thought too that Liv's inheritance paid for the Mill. It would be worth a lot more than 100K. What's to stop the kidnappers pulling this trick again with for example, Liv?

They could have just phoned the police when Sid was at the scrapyard and he would have been sent back to prison seeing as they all had alibis for when he escaped ridiculous story

No way would rob sell a business and a property that isn't even his for 90k. Fgs, it's getting so ridiculous. And what happened to all Robs money? He was minted not long ago from some dodgy business deal and hasn't bought anything significant so where has it all gone?!

I think Rob put a lot of his money in trust for Seb in the form of some sort of bonds- but I could be wrong, not sure why I think this.

Very poor episodes. Almost felt insulting - stupid, stupid, kidnap plot. The repellent Daz with his stupid obvious wig on (fake hair dye/ cut) - poor Bernice, what dross. The tawdry Brenda/Bob/Laurel saga and a short scene with the awful Harriet. Waste of time. Lachlan was the only one with any acting chops.

Does anyone else actually care that Lachlan is still “at large”? I don’t tbh. I’d quite happily let that storyline go unfinished. He is a great character and actually very sweet with belle. It will do Rebecca no good to find out the truth and we really don’t need anymore of her awful teeth and chin acting.

Didn't Robert also buy shares in Home Farm via Kath when he was "seducing" Lawrence and then had to sign them back when he got found out and so lost all that money?

Ridiculous storyline with Sid tonight. As if Cain couldn't sort it out single handedly. Or they should have just called the police at the outset seeing as he's on the run.

Rebecca's post-accident wardrobe seems to be completely different to her pre-accident one. Where did all the drab ugly clothes come from?

And last nights nonsense didn't help, two kidnappings in the one day, only in Emmerdale.

Two conversations completely misunderstood by eavesdropping, Bernice is old enough to cop on and confront someone when she hears something instead of getting pissed in her salon while working.

I also wouldn't mind if they just dropped the crash story, everyone else gets away with murder so why not Lachlan.

Does anyone actually drive for the haulage company, you never see any trucks or drivers.

Jimmy used to drive but he doesn't seem to do that anymore. It's about as realistic as the chocolate factory where the packers work at 2 speeds: dead slow and stop and we never see the invisible workforce in the "factory" bit where the chocolate is actually melted and poured in to moulds etc.

And where do they keep their trucks - in that tiny scrap business where they never actually scrap anything? The only time I've seen a truck is when Joe stole it so assume they just have 1.
They all seem to have comfortable lifestyles for people who don't seem to work and spend most of their time in the pub or cafe - the only businesses which are reliably open.
What does Laurel do? Argh! I think I might have to stop watching it, with good plot lines I never used to sit and pick it apart but when it's this drab I can't help myself!

It's all a bit stupid at the minute isn't it?
Everybody trying to get Lisa to change her statement about Liv when she has already admitted everything to the police.

Joe threatening to tell the Dingles Jimmy signed the demolition paper. As if they would believe Joe's side of the story when they know what he's like.

They must think the viewers are all idiots!
