As others have said Roy was creepy. I think Deirdre wanted to move as she became quite scared of him. Deirdre looked very pretty in that clip - better glasses than the 80's!

Just read that the Phelan saga has another few months to go (and that Eileen will be instrumental in his demise)

I'm really disliking the upcoming story with David. And considering the upcoming story for Emmerdale's Ross, I'm finding the soaps really depressing. The acting isn't great enough at the moment to handle proper comedy and light relief, so they'll jar with the dark story lines and basically make for depressing viewing.

I just sat and watched loads of "first appearances" in corrie after seeing that Roy one. He was so different! Also Deidre was very glam doing the cleaning!

Another vote here for Dev to be 'killed off'. He seems to be struggling to remember his lines all the time, and then delivers them in a really weird way.

The ridiculous Eva/Toyah storyline is just awful. As if a 30 year old woman in this day and age would be creeping about with a secret pregnancy and planning to live elsewhere for 5 months like a Victorian girl! Toyah is such a manipulator and Eva doesn't seem to have a brain cell.

The writers have remembered about Michelle's biological son Alex who is now a trainee GP (amazingly). Potential new boyfriend for Aliyah?

Omg that laugh/screech is pathetic!!

When she said "piggin" in to the intercom I lost all sympathy for her. I used to really like Eva but don't think I'll miss her when she leaves. I suspect the door will be left open for her to return.
