Amy is apparently being lined up for yet another another teenage pregnancy storyline at age 14. It's lazy and repetitive. Every teenage girl on the street seems to fall pregnant at 13/14 or worse like Bethany and the paedophile gang story line. Some ill will befall them when puberty hits. Dealing with her parents behaviour and the fall out for her in a sensitive way would be better (a bit like how they dealt with the ongoing anguish that Tracy felt when Ken and Deirdre split up which has been played out over on Classic Corrie)

Is this all the new producer can come up with?

I hope they don't do that with Amy, it would be incredibly boring and repetitive. Do they have to do the same storyline of pregnancy with every teenage girl? Has she even been showing an interest in boys? I was liking how mature and grown up she was being by getting Adams help with the contract.

How can they trot out that storyline again? And who is going to be the father?
