I read a few weeks back that Ali becomes an alcoholic as the result of this gangster story line. The packing speartment or pot washing awaits.The Street will always bring you low if you get an education.

Jude bashes Mary so he can be got rid of no doubt. Nick returns trying to avoid a wife he married in haste (what are the chances?) Daniel to go to the dark side again over the stress of Sinead's cancer diagnosis. Abi to descend into drink and drink chaos. Fizz actress will be going on maternity leave perhaps Cilla will have yet another crisis.

Naturally, a clever and successful doctor will be brought down. Ali will either be a knicker stitcher or work at Roy's. Weatherfield is a black hole for ambition.

Of course Daniel will make Sinead's cancer all about him 🤦🏼‍♀️

Please Ryan will die! I suspect he won't though and I'm starting to fear it will be Jim, which is a bit of a cop out for a death.

Yes, I read somewhere that Jim is killed. And there's a bit of a whodunnit - Liz or Hannah. Not sure how true that is.

keepondreaming, yes that's what I read, but I also read that someone dies in this car crash. I'm hoping that Jim doesn't die in the car crash and they are two separate storylines, mainly because I want Ryan to die . Alas I fear that there will only be one death and it's Jim's. Can't see why he would be any near the shenanigans with the car though.

Im assuming the fact that Tracy tampered with the car that Abby was working on must come into play.

Guessing then Michelle takes that car with Ryan and they are chased by the "gangsters". Car goes wrong and maybe crashes or they can't get away.

Best scenario would be Michelle loses control, veers into churchyard and takes out Jim and Hannah while killing herself and Ryan. Boom.

That would be an ideal outcome, wouldn't it? Jim definitely doesn't count as a proper death on his own - he was clearly not in it for the long haul...

I think gangster runs Michelle, Ryan and Ali off the road. Ryan dies or injured and Ali becomes alcoholic. Michelle's car discovered to have been tampered with. Abi in trouble, her twins prefer their new home and she spirals into drink and drugs hell. No one who works in garages in soaps has proper qualifications and the work never seems to get checked properly by another member of staff before being released to the driver.

Jim was supposed to be returning permanently in the new year though isn't he?
So unless they changed their mind...?

Perhaps Johnny dies?
Or is accidentally killed in a confrontation by Jenny who is left the wealthy widow?

Really? I actually don't mind Jim. I mean, I do mind him, but he's not a bad character. Ryan on the other hand just gets worse with each new head he gets. I can't think who else they could kill off. Fizz!

IsBaby. Jim was supposed to be returning permanently after he had finished his theatre run in Rebus but the producer has changed from Kate Oates to Ian McLeod (?) and last I read Jim said he could return at some poin, so he did. But how you come back from that scam I don't know.

kikashi - the Actor is not well in real life too is he? I doubt he'll be back for good now tbh.
I wish they'd kill Liz off! It would be good to see Steve develop a kind of independence not reliant on a woman, his mum included.
Plus they keep throwing Liz at men, not nice to see.

Liz is one of the few that can act! The show wouldn’t be the same without her.

Yes, I read he had a "turn" on his first night in Rebus and had to stop. I like LIz. They could tone down the make up and clothes a bit. In Classic atm Liz often has very little make up on and her clothes are ordinary and under stated.

The dialogue this week on both Corrie and Emmerdale and the story lines have been pants absolute balderdash.

She can act, and plays a very good part!

So that's how Leanne gets written out while she does Fannying on Ice.

She said, when interviewed, she'd be on screen less. So I guess a convenient hospital spell and then she'll be right as rain again!
