Come on Corrie writers! Get a grip! This is the thread to moan about the utter tosh that we end up watching, or in some cases to praise the actors because some of them are actually pretty good! Let's discuss!

Gina is living at Dev's (since the baliff's turned up at Sally's IIRC). Those poor kids - Dev moves random women in (and out) at an alarming rate - he had only been out on a few dates with Gina.

How was Summer supposed to get to wherever she met Eileen and Billy? As far as I could make out she and Todd were about to get into the car when the Police turned up, she ran and hid, then Todd hit the policeman to give her time to make her escape. To where?? I might have to watch again.

I know they had to come up with it at short notice, but the Todd exit storyline is just absolutely ridiculous! None of it makes any sense or is in any way credible.

I'd love to help eddie but I really didn't understand anything that apparently happened with Todd...

I was shouting at the telly while watching last night's episodes. All Sarah has to do is tell the club that Bethany is underage and she will no longer be able to work there.

The Eva and Toyah story line is so convoluted. Eva, who has been very kind and caring towards Liam, Simon and Oliver over the last couple of years suggesting that she is not totally adverse to children can now not even contemplate the idea of having her own child just at the exact time that her step sister (?) is desperate for a baby.

There was another Gina years ago. She lives near me irl and she's married to Jez Quigley!

I read this to try to understand the Todd exit line - but why would Summer's mum be coming for her - how would she know where she was??

How did Summer know where to meet Billy and get there - did she have Todd's phone. All senseless!!!

Why could Jason not have had another emergency in Thailand and Todd go to help him - that's the sort of thing they usually do in Soaps.

She didn't say,"Mum". She said, "Man" or "Policeman". Todd ran off into woodland never to be seen again!

I am now hoping that Steve’s vanished dog, Eva’s no longer mentioned cat and Eccles get their own spin off show. It would have the attraction of no Phelan.

I thought she said Mum but figured I just wasn't paying attention. She doesn't have a Mum as far as I'm aware? (Obviously has a biological mother but would be odd for her to have turned up)

Steve was walking his dog earlier this week, but I'm very concerned about Eva's cat.
On the other hand puss could be happily living with Vinnie's mum!

Maybe the cat will turn up at the paper mill with Andy's shoe in its mouth. And then phelan will kill it of course.

Bad journalism form the Mirror (and Liverpool Echo). You are right woodhill. I always think the residents are very quick off the mark phoning the police about minor things or on people they have known for a long time considering most of them have been in prison themselves.
