Surely Phelan will have to get his comeuppance by Christmas?

Mind you, I hope Anna gets sent to prison too.

Anyone noticing the Costa coffee product placement in almost every other scene?! Every episode theres always a couple of characters meandering across the street clutching an empty branded take out cup.
Where in Weatherfield is bloody Costa?!

DonnyAndVladSittingInATree · 20/12/2017 19:56

Right so that green curtain you could have spat through and yet Eva and Adam didn’t hear billy and the 20 8 year olds right beside it? Hmm

Akire · 20/12/2017 20:11

That was gross. Who on Earth was supposed to have got that outfit? Sexy much? Yet it magically fitted here? Plus half a class of children walked all the way to see a vicar reading a story when he could
Just gone into school??

cloudyweewee · 20/12/2017 20:16

Maybe Dev's shop has got one of those Costa machines.

SymphonyofShadows · 20/12/2017 20:18

Leanne gave some random bloke her date of birth and mother's maiden name

Akire · 20/12/2017 20:19

What money is Leanne come
Into again?

Chipstick10 · 20/12/2017 20:19

Who is the randomer ?i was busy losing the will

Optimist1 · 20/12/2017 20:30

Excellent sleuthing there, Symphony - let's hope they catch up with him before he cleans out her account!

SymphonyofShadows · 20/12/2017 20:37

I was ironing and only half watching but that bit made my ears prick up. Probably because I've been lecturing the DC on over sharing

cloudyweewee · 20/12/2017 20:54

I need to purchase eye bleach thanks to Liz's spray on red leggings.

LoveMySituation · 20/12/2017 22:40

We knew Leanne's bloke was a baddun when he did the pantomime villain face when buying the drinks from Sarah in the pub. This seems to have become their standard plot device, Phelan, Will etc. If only villains in real life were that obvious

How did the Will storyline end? I've only just realised I haven't seen him in ages. The storyline aired around the time my Ds2 was born so I must have missed something somewhere.

lizzieoak · 21/12/2017 05:18

So many storylines I’m starting to forget details a bit. From memory -
He took Michelle hostage, which involved much mascara running. Meanwhile Leanne and Steve broke into his house and at some point the cops show up, Will is hauled off. Leanne had somehow gotten hurt, but she has zero stress afterward and Michelle (despite the stalking, her boyfriend’s imprisonment, being locked in a boot, taken hostage) recovers from the whole ordeal in the snap of the fingers. No ptsd, everyone’s fine. We will likely never hear of Will again.

keepondreaming · 21/12/2017 08:43

Hmm, so I had "that kind" of dream last night about Adam Barlow...
Not sure what to think!

woodhill · 21/12/2017 09:12

Leanne didn't seem bothered about her phone being stolen, wouldn't she be like most of us with pictures of Ollie on it

AlasEarwax · 21/12/2017 10:14

Ahh yes, I do have a vague memory of that now, thanks!

eddiemairswife · 21/12/2017 11:36

I agree about so many storylines and not remembering the details. I can't for the life of me recall if Eva and Aidan actually got married. I remember Eva and Maria (where's she gone by the way?) fighting in the fountain, and Eva on the window ledge but the rest is a blank.

deadringer · 21/12/2017 19:11

Not much of a con man if he booked into the rovers using one name and then paid for drinks in the same establishment using a card with a different name on it. And for dozy Sarah, of all people, to notice.

SymphonyofShadows · 22/12/2017 07:36

Last night's was unexpected in several ways

millimat · 22/12/2017 08:37

Just watching Wednesdays episodes. See what you mean about the leggings Liz was wearing Shock

eddiemairswife · 22/12/2017 10:06

Fortunately Eileen recovered in time to vacate the 'Weatherfield General Coronation Street' bed before Billy had need of it.

Even by Corrie standards, Billie getting stabbed in a main leg artery by his adopted daughter's lucky charm is stretching it a bit! And how fortunate that by complete coincidence the twin brother of the women he ran over was there to save him!

eddiemairswife · 22/12/2017 13:21

And he had to make a 'death-bed confession'.

CactusCactusCactus · 22/12/2017 14:17

Just catching up - some of Weds was vaguely entertaining!

Liked the leggings Smile and Daniel / Adam / Billy chat and Daniel / Peter chat.
