Anyone else excited by the start of the new 2017 series? I am! It's the law in our house to watch all these Christmas programmes - SCD, X Factor and Celeb.

I don't know who half the contestants are but I like Fizz (Corrie). And I can hardly bear to watch the high planks tonight...

I won't miss Kez. She brought nothing at all to the programme. Unless of course, she was brilliant in every way and they just cut it all out. What was saw was awfully uninspiring.

I wonder whether Kez talked politics all the time so they had to cut out most of what she said.
That seemed to be her mission going in.

I'm glad Iain has stayed in- he's a good antidote to Jamie and Amir and he was funny in the bingo trial.

I suspect they did cut out most of Kez because what she was saying was too political.

I liked her as a person in the little we actually saw of her. I think she 'gets' the others and isn't in awe of them/is not that bothered about being mates. And lending an ear to Iain was kind.

I've watched three episodes this evening, I'm jungled out of it.

I was surprised Shappi went first, wish Amir had gone tonight.

I wonder if Dennis is stepping back a bit from Jamie and Amir, he's the only one who mentioned Ian being isolated and how he didn't like it happening.

I don't like Becky but I reckon she's bored senseless and would love a bit of drama.

I think Ian could win it actually or maybe Dennis.

Typical politician. Made excuses for Amir deliberately shafting Iain during 'strawberrygate', and almost blamed Iain for the hard time he was given (as a result of Amir's lie) for bring a decent person and fessing up! I don't like her at all - true colours shown!

I thought she shied away from publicly criticising Amir because she understands he's popular not because she agrees with him. So in that sense yep politician.

I did find it a bit wet that she likened Amir to a young kid or a puppy (can't remember which) even for eating all the pud/fruit whiilst cooking the main dish. Spit it out woman and say he's sneaky! It's not endearing to pinch other campmates food!

It's more socially acceptable to say he's like a puppy than like a misogynist twat.

Sad but true.

Amir is 30, he’s an adult man. I don’t understand why they are treating him like he’s a young boy.

I wonder if Kez said that little anecdote about Amir nicking dessert as a PA opportunity to tell the public what a selfish git he is, but without actually slagging him off?

Amir- Muslim. only eats Halal? isnt he eating the same as the others? and are they eating Halal and its not bothering them? dont understand that.

Hope Becky goes. cant stand her. and Ians being passive bullied i think. Not a big fan of his but hesa the only entertaining one there.

She's really good looking without make up and she really gets stuck in. I like her.

She's got permanent makeup - or tattooed brows and lashes extensions. She's also had loads of Botox so hardly natural looking. That said, I think Becky's actually ok.

I'm not keen on Becky just because she's too quick to judge people and she's not a team player.

If I was in danger I wouldn't want Becky or Amir at my back. They're both pretty selfish people imo.

Am slightly bias...but am liking Dennis in this. Though do have a Chelsea bear I named Dennis when I was younger lol. Defiantly calmed a lot with age!

Not the most exciting series but have found it enjoyable still. Ant and Dec definitely make it...plus it doesn't go on for months!

Agree with pp Becky seems quite too quick at judging, really didn’t like her opinion on Iain game playing, Amir & Jamie both idiots really hope those three go quickly, FairPlay to Dennis saying he didn’t like Iain being isolated, I wonder what Kez meant when she said Iain had lots going on at home?

Amir is horrible. Suggesting the worse about Ian and then saying he likes him. Yeah riiiighttttt.....

I like Iain but I do think he needs to go out soon, I think once the “normal” and more quiet ones go, he will be stuck in the camp with people who will feel more confident in expressing their dislike of him.

Bitching always escalates if it’s not nipped in the bud, and in a situation like this, it’s not easily nipped in the bud.

I can see Amir, Jamie and Becky last for quite a while.

I'm not a big Iain fan, but I admit I'm starting to feel quite bad for him. Jamie isn't coming out of this well, which is a shame as I thought he was meant to be quite a nice bloke in real life.
What do you think he said when he covered microphone? I know he said something about getting the care package but he said something else that wasn't subtitled.

I really really dislike Amir, very sneaky how he pretends to like Iain on the interviews then throws him under the bus when he thinks no cameras are watching.
