Friends never got it and I lived with a group of friends who watched episodes back to back on a Sunday after a weekend clubbing.

I don't understand the GoT hate at ALL.

Imo, it's easily the best TV series that's ever been. It's clever, intricate, compelling and exciting, nothing like the tits and ass reputation the haters seem to give it.

My overrated ones are Mrs Brown's Boys, which is actually painful to watch, any soaps, and Top Gear. I actually hate all the presenters though, especially Jeremy Clarkson, the massive fucking bellend.

The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones..tedious

Fawlty Towers.

Hate it. I just want Basil to shut the fucking fuck up.

Also The West Wing.

Sentimental, nationalistic hogwash.

And Frasier.

Very badly written, imo.

The jungle one with celebrities. Big Brother. Anything with Simon Cowell at the helm. All like watching paint dry.

Frasier makes me laugh.

Nope! I am thoroughly at the suggestion that Frasier is anything other than brilliant. It is one of the few sitcoms that can still genuinely make me laugh. Although, I am American and it may appeal to a certain level of humour

Also cannot stand Game of Thrones, Mrs Brown, Strictly or any other competitive reality show. Oh, and Only Fools and Horses.

I agree on Fawlty Towers. It was always overrated imo and it looks worse as it ages.

Looks like Mrs Brown is a clear winner - how is dressing up as a woman as a premise for a show even acceptable on TV these days? Perhaps we should send this thread to the BBC.

Top Gear - every show is pretty much a repeat of the last

The Wire - expected to love it but I couldn't hear/understand the dialogue so gave up.

However, I love GoT, Breaking Bad and Big Bang unlike many of you.

Agree Frasier is brilliant, probably my favourite ever sitcom except the season with Millicent Martin and Anthony LaPaglia, that was utter crap.

I love Big Bang Theory and Frasier. I've seen all the Frasier episodes at least twice but they still make me laugh if I watch them on tv

The Sopranos. So boring!!

I think this thread shows just how huge a difference there is on what people enjoy. I love Frasier (and Father Ted - who the feck can dislike that!), but the programmes on my list appear to be beloved by many (deluded fools)

Only Fools and Horses. Mean humour, unpleasant.
Game of Thrones. I just don’t get it.
