I got quite emotional last night about the scenes with Liam (Gatsby) and his mum at the football ground. My dad died 16 years ago and I still miss him.
I thought Bobby was funny, Gemma is not genuine. Lauren seems to think she is something really special. I just don't trust Jon, haven't read anything about him outside TOWIE but he just seems dodgy. We seem to be seeing a softer side to Tommy, he doesn't seem to be blowing up so much.I like Mario in it now, I think his friendship with Chloe S seems sweet.
I enjoyed Wednesdays episode.

I'm not sure how long Towie can keep going really. They've ended with the same 'back together (for now)' couples as they did in last series finale. Surely the ridiculous stuff was so they could get back together for the end shot. I know it's all extra drama for entertainment but really 🙄

Methinks she's done the classic teenage thing of "giving your friends advice just to see what happens".....I bet she'd love it if Courtney had to go through a load of shit again.

Well I wondered this, but I didn't feel she was encouraging the trip, more encouraging Cortney to think for herself and not worry about other opinions? Better than airhead Amber 'oooh Mexico, all is forgiven'. Chloe was given a lot of grief for being quite outspoken against Myles so is probably just backing off a bit.

I think the whole Myles & Courtney breakup was just their storyline for this series. They never really broke up, it was all invented drama, created to give them something to act out and do. And give them a happy ending for the finale. She was always going to go to Mexico. I mean, she must have packed her suitcase well before she 'decided' to go.

I agree with someone else, can’t remember if it was on here or elsewhere, but someone had asked ‘how much longer can Towie go on for’ and I’m inclined to agree, it’s the same shite with different people over and over, week in week out, year in year out, plus Gemma and Chloe S are gonna be 40 in a couple of years so aren’t they getting a bit too old for this type of show?

It's so boring all the Gemma and Arg stuff, bottom line is that he doesn't really fancy her enough, but he wants to make it work as she's richer and has a higher profile than him, she also mothers him. All this 'rehab' nonsense drives me daft!

I thought Georgia was strangely cold with Tommy when he was crying 😢

I think they'd been told to sit there and have a conversation about Tommy's breakdown and when he got ready she prob just didn't know what to do. If you've been living through it I imagine it's tough.

So what do you think the storylines for this series will be? I reckon Courtney and Chris Clark will get together, Dan is bound to stray again, Clelia and Yaz's brother (Chloe sims ex) will pair up. Gemma will harp on about Arg and he won't appear as he's back in rehab. Who do we think Miles has been seeing?
