Fizz first please. And everyone related to her.

Actually he's going to have get Andy to start digging out an extension to fit them all in.

OP posts:

Why are they allowed out of school at lunchtime. Assume they have a travelcard.

blackbunny · 16/10/2017 20:03

Memo to Andy-

  1. You've done nothing wrong. When Pat hands the house over to you,get yourself to the cops asap.Pat will be locked up and can't hurt you, kidnap is very serious.
  2. If you don't want to do that, ask him for that damn passport!
MusicToMyEars800 · 16/10/2017 20:40

blackbunny If only soaps worked like that Grin

MusicToMyEars800 · 16/10/2017 20:41

Seb needs to be careful questioning Pat, He could end up a cellar victim.

thenightsky · 16/10/2017 21:35

Why did Chesney collapse unconscious? I was getting a drink. Came back and he was on the floor.

LoveMySituation · 16/10/2017 21:54

I think he had a panic attack nightsky

Akire · 16/10/2017 22:05

Eh? So Gandy dosnt gwt escape bit live forever as the jailer... nice.
Chez had about 4 panic attacks now surely you know it was panic attack and just wait while he came round? Not like he stopped breathing is it?? Why would you call ambulance knowing it was just panic attack?

LoveMySituation · 16/10/2017 22:06

I'm not sure Billy knew it was a panic attack Akire, probably thought he'd collapsed

MyBeloved · 16/10/2017 22:07

I was really hoping it was Chesney's demise tonight. No such luck.

LoveMySituation · 16/10/2017 22:10

Know what you mean Beloved, I'm fed up of hos character, looks like Sinead will leave him again, that should finish him off!

eddiemairswife · 16/10/2017 22:24

I thought someone (Cathy?) in the hospital said it was an infection from a tiny piece of glass from when he was bottled.

Billy the Vicar isn't very good at showing extreme emotion.
He's another one who appears to have a car; when Todd asked about his injured hand he said he'd caught in the car door.

MyBeloved · 16/10/2017 22:56

Fingers crossed love Grin

MyBeloved · 16/10/2017 22:58

The camera work was - interesting - during Billy's 'red mist' scene. Made me feel a bit sea sick!

theliverpoolone · 16/10/2017 23:03

Billy went in to Chesney to ask for a cloth to get bird poo off his jacket; Chesney collapses before jacket can be dealt with, Billy tries to deal with him - then as soon as the ambulance is driving off, Billy's jacket is miraculously stain-free Hmm

Halsall · 16/10/2017 23:38

I've come on here after lurking for ages. I only watch when I'm visiting family every few weeks, but I still seem to be able to follow most of the storylines - not sure what that says about the extreme slowness of the pace.

I really just want to beg the scriptwriters, please, please put an end to the utter farce that is the Phelan cellar story. Every time I see an episode after a gap of several weeks I think 'THIS time it must have all ended,' and every time I'm disappointed.

Maybe it'll finish with everyone in the cellar and Phelan sitting in solitary splendour in the Rovers, supping his pint Grin

lizzieoak · 17/10/2017 03:12

Is Barbara Knox retiring? We're a bit behind in Canada and right now she's standing in the street alone saying (rather unconvincingly) that she's had a lot of memories on the cobbles.

I don't mind her character, though her very expensive looking wig annoys me a wee bit as I've yet to see a backstreet newsagent with ££ gear like that.

eddiemairswife · 17/10/2017 08:57

I think they've forgotten about Rita. Is she still in hospital along with Summer and Chesney?

MusicToMyEars800 · 17/10/2017 11:11

I have some spoiler for next week if anyone wants a pm Grin

thenightsky · 17/10/2017 11:29

Go on then music Grin

ToEarlyForDecorations · 17/10/2017 11:41

Maybe it'll finish with everyone in the cellar and Phelan sitting in solitary splendour in the Rovers, supping his pint

This ^

Billy the vicar thumped Peter because Summer had taken the synthetic drug, 'spice' for a dare. It was supplied by Simon. That makes Peter guilty somehow. Not helped by Peter referencing Billy's brother's drug problems. Summer had come round in hospital.

So yeah, how's Rita ?

First ever scene of Mary and Norris 'at home'. Hope Emily is welcome when/if she comes home ? I thought Norris would be wriggling out of his marriage vows claiming non-consummation already. Also, when did he start caring about anyone else ? His view of Rita would have been, 'yeah well, that's you.'

When will Eileen get her personality back ? She was never this cowed or this timid.

What's happening with the, 'factory girls ?' Are they getting paid whilst the factory is out of action. I thought Sally as unofficial shop steward would be mouthing off right left and centre about that.

TisMeTheLadFromTheBar · 17/10/2017 11:48

Nooooo! Don't bring back dreary Emily. She is so one dimensional. Cardboard Ken could go and join her in Kenya or wherever she went to.

ssd · 17/10/2017 11:49

I watched corny for the first time in ages last night, was a manic corny fan for years but have given up now...anyway watched last night and I remember why I gave up.....most annoying voice has to be her who broke her back, jesus it's like chalk on a blackboard

its all gone to shite

Clawdy · 17/10/2017 12:44

That scene between Billy and Peter seemed ridiculous - why would Peter be so obnoxious when Simon had behaved so awfully?

NoCryLilSoftSoft · 17/10/2017 13:26

The camera work was - interesting - during Billy's 'red mist' scene.

As we're the sound effects! Grin I could almost see the person punching a leather sofa!

I'm totally done with the whole phelan/Gandy storyline. It's beyond ridiculous now. Unless phelan has completely lost the plot and is suffering from a mental breakdown then there is no way he would have contemplated what Andy has suggested. The writers are just scrabbling for a way to keep it going now. End it. It's done. Well done.

millimat · 17/10/2017 14:24

I'm another one who completely missed how Ches went from a panic attack to in hospital?
