Fizz first please. And everyone related to her.

Actually he's going to have get Andy to start digging out an extension to fit them all in.

Yes another one here pissed off as this was supposed to be a no spoiler thread.

Kazzyhoward · 05/10/2017 12:58

Can they put them all in the cellar? There's only a handful that deserve to be on there, most couldn't act to save their lives.

LornaMumsnet · 05/10/2017 13:42

This is now a No spoiler thread.

Please do add to the title on the next one or give us a shout if you forget.
We can always do it our end! Grin

I was really pleased that Nathan and co were found guilty. It needed to happen to give hope to young women who are in coercive relationships.

I also love that Norris is not just a nosy and judgmental busy body. He can be kind and a very good friend as well.

I think that Daniel could be in trouble now. Could he end up being Gandy's replacement? I hope not, I just want that story line over. It is ridiculous.

MusicToMyEars800 · 05/10/2017 16:45

Agree Kazzy Some of the characters are just dreadful!
So what does everyone think about the Kate and Rana Storyline?
I reckon Rana is in love with or fancies Kate.

Gandy will have a cellmate if Daniel carries on snooping Grin

eddiemairswife · 05/10/2017 17:23

What are the tablets that Andy is (not) taking? They can't still be the anti-biotics.

MusicToMyEars800 · 05/10/2017 18:13

eddie I think they might be painkillers, I reckon Andy will try to drug Pat Phelan Grin In another one of his mad ideas to escape, which he always fails at.

BreconBeBuggered · 05/10/2017 20:52

I thought the journalist had been in the show before, then I realised I had her confused with Angie Freeman from about a million years back.

theliverpoolone · 05/10/2017 20:58

I too was pleased Nathan and co were found guilty, but the scenes we saw would in no way have led to that verdict by themselves - everything was presented to make us think it would go the other way.

I've always liked Daniel, so hope he is, finally, the person to expose Phelan. Has he given up on the idea of doing a higher degree though? I thought he was originally only staying in Weatherfield to be with Sinead Confused

Wormulonian · 05/10/2017 22:28

I think Daniel only got a 2:2 in his degree - so he scuppered his options of a funded place at Oxford. When will anyone learn you can never escape the Street? Ken was a teacher for years and then owned a newspaper (perhaps the Gazette?) but lived in the family house the whole time with Albert Tatlock in residence with seemingly never a penny to rub together.

AdamBarlowsQuiff · 05/10/2017 22:36

Someone was asking about callum's murder and if Tony was blamed but I thought that the police knew Kylie had done it but as she is (also) dead that was the end of that? Although that wouldn't explain why David and Sarah never faced any charges.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 05/10/2017 22:42

Sorry this was entirely my fault for not putting "No Spoilers" in the title - I forgot all about the other thread which allows spoilers. So sorry for the trouble @LornaMumsnet Flowers

Just watching Wednesdays episodes. If Craig is a special constable, he's not being paid is he? But isn't that his full time job?

millimat · 06/10/2017 03:32

Corrie woofers definitely read this. Now watching Gandy in the cellar. For the first time I can see what's going on. The picture is nowhere near as dark.

PhelanGood · 06/10/2017 07:05

Guys I've just read the thread through - can I just be very clear what I said was absolutely not a spoiler!!! I was purely speculating on the basis of the last episode. I have no idea what happens, I do follow spoilers when they're about and there are NONE about this storyline. I'm also not the real pat Phelan! Hoping what I guessed doesn't happen now! Sorry if I upset anyone, I thought it was clear when I said 'it looks like'...

Adambarlowsquiff I can't remember if the police did know Kylie did it. I know Sarah wanted to tell Jason as he was upset about it being pinned on his dad, but then he left and the that thread seemed to die. I remember Callum's mum came and apologised to David for accusing them. She was really determined previously to have contact with Max ( and Harry) but after the apology she was never seen again - so does David still not have proper legal responsibility for Max??

Tie up the loose ends Corrie! I think storylines drag on and my interest wavers as does the continuity/writers'.

PhelanGood · 06/10/2017 09:02

@smeaton phew thank you! wondering what it said now

eddiemairswife · 06/10/2017 14:42

Looking at pictures of Liz Dawn's funeral, I see David Platt is sporting a beard. Is he preparing to be confined in the cellar with Andy?
I also saw that he wasn't wearing socks and that Maria had a sleeveless top on. Is there a heatwave in Salford?

EachandEveryone · 06/10/2017 16:33

I never recognised Terry did you? I thought it was a lovely turn out. I wish Reg would come back.

Akire · 06/10/2017 19:45

At this rate he really will have a caller full. Why is he going there all time? I get less carer visits than Andy!

Feel like missed episode again, jumping all over th place.

mrssunshinexxx · 06/10/2017 20:34

The Gary storyline line drives me nuts !

CarrieBradshawsScrunchie · 06/10/2017 20:37

Awww, I love our Craigy.
