Faye said her trip to Chester was on a Sunday,and rita said she couldn't bother the doctors at the weekend but norris made her go. Think I'll join that surgery

Oh I hated Seb but now I feel really bad for him! As for Will, I just wish they'd get rid of him asap. Creepy and a terrible actor!

This hostage storyline is getting boring. How many more times do we need to watch the same scene over and over, Andy begging for his freedom while Phelan sneers at him?

It's even more tedious than before.

I see Gary's got PTSD again, played as a caricature.

And I don't care about whatsherface's dodgy mates and Clayton and peering round corners in crappy pleather jackets.

Pat looked beyond evil when he told Eileen and his daughter (name escapes me that's how gripped I am!) not to go in the cellar and still they're like 'Oh ok, I don't know, ooohhh what's he like' laugh laugh and off they go on their merry way!!
It's just so unbelievable!! I know Eileen's meant to be a bit gullible but Christ!!

I know I said earlier in the thread that I was enjoying some of the Phelan story line, but I agree with lots of others now. Enough is enough with the Andy in the cellar scenes. Someone needs to find Andy, or Phelan should let him go. Like Andy said, he has no links to anyone on the street anymore. Where can this story line go?

The Phelan staged crash was absolutely ludicrous. I can't believe it was ever considered as a storyline, yet alone agreed. The cellar scenes are now beyond tedious , and the actors must be cringing when they read their scripts.

I'm wondering where Gary is sleeping nowadays. Sometime ago he decided to sleep at Izzie's to give her help with Jake;I think it was when Anna was in the flat and he had to sleep on the sofa. But unless his relationship with Sarah is platonic they must have sex somewhere. The Platt's home has nowhere as there are 7 of them + Shona.

Last night's episode was infuriating! Storylines do tend to drag out under this producer. It does mean there's usually at least one storyline I am vaguely interested in, though, among all the ones I put the kettle on during. That is, ANY scenes with Gemma eating with her mouth open!

Corrie really is terrible at the moment. I still watch it, but it's like a bad habit! I am struggling to care about any storylines apart from Eva.

I'm sure the producers/writers have got something up their sleeve about how it will end and it will probably be advertised as ' an explosive week in Corrie' but I worry that they have massively misjudged this and there might not be many viewers left who actually care how it ends by the time it gets there.
