I think that Rana is attracted to Kate.

I don't think that the Gina character adds much to the show, although the actress is good. The compulsive spending storyline is tedious.

Rana was a bit of a man-eater when she first appeared. Don't know why they think putting her and Kate together is a good idea

I also commented on Andy's lovely short hair and bushy beard! I hate all those grim torture scenes with Phelan; surely it's all got to come out soon - although I can't see how his real involvement in the flat scam etc will ever be found out, unless he decides to confess all.......

Corrie did a dementia storyline a long time ago now, with Mike Baldwin. I remember thinking at the time that his condition seemed much accelerated compared with the real life sufferers I've encountered.

I also wonder hoe Andy has grown a beard but not his hair, and doesn't seem to have lost any weight. I don't get why he is being kept alive by Phelan who seems to be happy for people to die by his hand.

It was Max's 11th birthday yesterday, but no-one has mentioned it, or Lily's a couple of weeks ago.
Why on earth didn't Andy shout when Eileen arrived?

I don't know, maybe he thought Eileen was in on it and by shouting would make things worse for himself?

I'm sure he would have risked it. One yell of "Eileen, help me! " and the whole storyline would be over. Oh, hang on......

Gandy said after Eileen had gone that he initially thought she was in on it but then realised she wasn't when he could see how panicked Pat was. Bloody farcical. Gandy would have elbowed past Pat and made a bid for freedom...how he's all better after his antibiotics.

Oh, the Will thing is ridiculous! I know they seem to be building up to Maria either being suspicious or dumping him - she keeps giving him unimpressed looks - but I don't understand why she would bother with him if she doesn't like him that much. The chances of there being two women on one street who could tolerate his voice for any period slim are too remote for it to be plausible.
