I thought Phelan had stuffed something into his cheek to make it look swollen. But I also thought a doctor would actually look inside a patient's mouth before prescribing.

How old is Summer supposed to be? She looks about ten and needs supervision during the holidays, so why is teenaged Amy bothering with her?

I don't read tv magazines (apart from the Radio Tmes at Christmas) and my newspaper never mentions Corrie, so I don't see spoilers.

I think Summer is supposed to be about 12/13 and Amy is a little older. Yes the kids are left to their own devices when suits but then other times need chaperoning two doors up the street....except Jack, he's pretty much brought himself up.

I am developing a mini-crush on Dean Fagan who plays Luke. I don't think they're using him very well, but he's very watchable. He's got a clever face. Just saw him in an old episode of Scott and Bailey, and it was a small part, but he was good in it.

Summer was born in 2004 according to the wikifanweb.

So not sure what the babysitting drama was all about.

According to Corriepedia the twins were born in Jan 2006, but celebrated their 10th birthdays in Jan 2015, so now going into Year8. Summer and Amy are in the same year so both going into Year9.

I have quite enjoyed some of the Phelan story line. He seems to be less of a pantomime villain. He is a very flawed man who has done some terrible things. However, he does have a conscience, and he has landed himself in a situation that he does not know how to get out of. He is far from a good man, but he wants to do right by Nicola.

They did a similar thing with Rob after Tina's death.

Liz needs to do a course on confidentiality. She keeps putting her foot in it and talking about things she only knows about because of her job.

I wish Gandy would hurry up and die, I'm bored of seeing that basement now. Why did Pat bother to dig the grave if he wasn't going to go ahead and kill him. Throw Sean and Gina in there while he's at it too, he could be the new Richard Hillman.

I was under the impression that Kate and Rana were going into Manchester for a night out, but they were just at the bistro.

I reckon Rana is in love with Kate or falling in love with her, It is odd though.

Toyah doesn't seen right behind the bar to me. She's not very personable.

Gina seems very goady with Sally and her mayoral campaign. She's a very irritating character.

Zeedan is such a nice, decent character, it's a shame he doesn't get more screen time!
But I am pretty damn sure that Rana is falling for/in love with Kate, and it will all come out either round xmas ( but there's a few storylines that could be the xmas one ) or next year sometime, or it will be one of those extra dramatic ones when they conclude more than one storyline at the same time.

Yeh who knew phelan was so complex, he actually kissed gandy in relief that he wasn't dead. I had to play it back and watch it again. I was . Why doesn't he just drop him to his mate in Bristol and tell him he will kill him if he says a word to anyone, gandy doesn't know where he is being held and has no proof he has been kidnapped. I know phelan doesn't want any heat right now with nicola in his life, but it would be worth a try and he can't keep him there forever. Yes I don't know how sally puts up with gina, she is always making sly digs at her, and what happened to that flat she was supposed to get?

What happened to the van that Zeedan and Rana were going to sell Asian snacks from?
