I'm bored too. There's nothing really interesting happening. I really don't care about any story line containing Matteo and what's her name. Not enough Jac. And totally unconvinced by lofty mooning over Dom.

Dear producers, we know you scan MN for plot ideas so here goes...
I liked it when you covered maternity. Lots more opportunity for exciting emergencies. Bowels and the like are just less thrilling.

In the absence of that, we like severed limbs, life and death battles etc. Less mooning. More HH. More Jac and Fletch. Less patients teaching the staff a life lesson

What sleeping said. And less people suddenly changing sexual preferences on a whim. Sorry if that offends anyone but it seems to shake any continuity in my mind and feels like it's done just for the sake of a story.

Looks like Jac is on course for a breakdown though - maybe the whole Jasmine/Fran/abusive childhood combo is boiling up? Wonder what will happen with her and Fletch?

Is Jac still with Jonny then? In her convo with Fletch she said “I’m practically a single parent” with regards to Jonny working extra shifts But she was shagging Matteo not so long ago and I wasn’t under the impression that it was an affair.

When she last came back to Holby, she said her relationship with Jonny was over, she said 'it was never going to last with a nurse' or similar...so I think she meant he hasn't been around much in Emma's life recently.

Yes that’s how I remembered it, but she def said “I’m virtually a single parent” which would imply they’re a couple surely? Otherwise she would just be a single parent anyway. Or maybe she meant “I’m doing all the parenting alone”. Odd phrasing though.

I think the plotlines have been so disjointed recently that the scriptwriters may not even remember it themselves.

Good point I remember a scene when the ACTRESS who plays Jac returned from maternity leave (she’d been in Oslo or somewhere in the show) and someone in theatre made a comment about her having “baby brain”. I was shouting at the tv “it’s not Jac who’s had the baby you bloody twats”

The Jaq / Fletch friendship I like. Most of the rest of it I don't. Especially not Dom's moustache. Though I did like Dom's patient this week she was funny. Though not sure how all those other doctors missed something and Dom just clicked his fingers and worked it out.

Looking forwards to Serena coming back and Frieda.

We definitely need some more Sacha and Jaq having chats. Those two are cute as friends.

Me again. Maybe Jaq meant she was a single parent in the way as she had no help rather than like before when Emma went between them more.

Jack and Sacha I love cos its so unexpected - polar opposites.

Islandniles - I’d like to know why the Holby staff only ever go to Albies and never the pub across the road that the Casualty staff use

Aha, isn’t there talk of a merger? Maybe they can bring him back that way along with a load of the other people who have left at a minute’s notice

Hansen and Sacha drinking stout out of mugs made me smile :)

Sasha was really good last night. He was decisive, I like decisive Sasha.

Hansen let his guard down a little too, he was a little emotional. I liked how he thanked everyone for everything they do and have done.
