Thought I'd better start a new one since the old one filled up!!

He looked so sad. He really wanted to share HH's beer but couldn't let himself. I forget hisorogin story but I don't think HH was a shining paragon of fatherhood was he?

Yeah, Frederick at the end really wanted to stay but he's trapped in old emotions. Henrik was a bit mean to him this week, very short with him.
I haven't looked at the writers to see if there's a group or a head writer overseeing the themes but I feel we need more cohesion overall, it's losing itself recently. Very important to those of us who bother to write about it on a chatforum

I think HH is often a bit cold towards him

Even when its just the two of them though, like when wife invited him for dinner and he canceled last minute. I can't remember their back story but its never been overly healthy. He doesn't love him like he loves Dom

I don't think HH knew he had a son until Fred was an adult. I vaguely remember an episode or two where Fred's mother came over... maybe when Fred was getting married or becoming a father? There was an involved step father instead.

He is a bit, yeah. They all have the fear when he descends and he seems very rigid and inflexible.

Feeling a bit sorry for Sacha.... and Morven too.

Nice to see Ollie being a bit more assertive.

I might have just sobbed for most of that episode. Poor Sacha and poor Morven. Not normally a Morven fan either.

I liked the Roxanna and David story. I liked the actor playing David. I thought it was the best episode in a long time.

Definitely felt a bit more ‘pacey’ (not sure that’s a word or the right one either!) Enjoyed seeing HH’s ‘softer’ side too with David and Essie (rather pleased we’ve been spared the wedding...!)

Oh no not watched it and now I don know if I want to. I like Morven. I reckon we'd be friends in real life.

Poor poor Morven. I really want her to have a fling with Ollie's new pal. Nothing serious, just something fun!! And hope it doesn't end up killing him given her track record.....

Maybe Morven, Fletcher, Ac, Sacha and HH can go speed dating!

Last time I saw Imogen Stubbs was when she was on stage in The Vagina Monologues!

Do we know why the Mum left Morven and her brothers? Can't remember what she's said about it in the past. Seemed very detached from Morven but conscious of the needs of her younger children.

Yeah, I don't think she's ever elaborated on it. Actually, I assumed the mother was dead.

I assumed she was dead too. So do we think she left M and her dad then went on to have lots of boys with someone else? Is M an only child (in terms of siblings she actually knows)?

She has two brothers. I thought they were older but from this weeks episode it seems they are both younger than her. The mother said she had 5 children though and mentioned "her boys". There are 5 children, 1 girl and 4 boys. Plus miscarriages due to the lupus.

There's Morven, AJ and another. They were in it when her Dad was ill. Dad tried to give her an address for mom and she refused.

Then looks like she's had two more boys with someone else?

I diagnosed that lupus about half an hour before Morven did.

I should probably watch House - I had a very young baby when it was on so I never got the chance, but I am forever diagnosing the mystery/difficult illnesses on Holby before the consultants do!
