Frederick's overacting face really gets on my nerves. Yes, yes, we get it, you're a bad guy - do we ^really& need close-ups of your creepy eyebrows and your unnaturally long and evil-looking neck at the end of every scene?

Serena is coming back soon - the actor has returned to filming this week. Might we see a return of Berena?

And the actor who plays Hansen's son is Pete Postlethwaite's son. Useless/interesting fact.

Oh wow - as soon as I read that about him being PP's son it was obvious! He is remarkably well cast as Hanssen's son though.

Has his wife buggered off back to Sweden (?) for good then? I love the way people can just make a life-changing decision and be gone in the space of a single shift on Holby - no notice periods, no packing, no struggling out of the building carrying all the crap from their office or faffing about finding a school/nursery place for the kid, just a farewell in the car park and they're off.

Yeah I got the impression it was a "youre9an awful person. Come home now or I'm leaving without you". She should have told HH and moved in with him with the kid

I was just googling and found this but, so far I can't see anything else regarding William being in Holby before! However, being as Pete his father died of pancreatic cancer, I'm sure it would have touched him during the filming of last weeks scenes and dealing with a pancreas and its issues.

Is it just me or does Fredrick remind anyone else of Isaac? Conniving, manipulating and generally an unpleasant piece of work....

Can someone explain something to me.

My understanding was that Casualty and Holby City were both set in the same hospital, with Casualty being A&E/Resus.

So why is it that in Holby they also take emergencies like RTCs?

And why aren't there more crossovers?

Also I have a secret crush on Frederick it might be the accent.

I think it's Rachel Davies, who was in Band of Gold and numerous other things. Happy to be corrected :)

The doctor lady was Hermione Gulliford and she was in it back when Tara died

Frederick is an ass! He's getting it all wrong with his interfering; I really dislike him.
I had stopped watching at the time Tara died but, I've watched bits on Youtube. I don't like that doc character...but I'll give her time if she's going to stay. :)
