Essie called the agency nurse a bint - that is not OK is it?

Is bint bad then? I've never heard anyone use it exxept when i was learning arabic. It's arabic for girl.

Still think Fletch and Jac will have a moment (winky eye emoticon)

I don't like Essie but did feel sorry for her last night over her job. I hate the way Raf is so doe eyed over her and Sasha ran around after her too.

Hated that episode - it was all just so glaringly predictable.

I didn't know bint was Arabic for girl, I've only ever known it as a derogatory word for woman, used by my BIL and (until I stopped him) DH.

If I used bint at work -I actually gasped when she came out with it - says something about the SW

The "bunt" was so random. I only know it as an offensive word too. There was no real context, she said it as calmly as "the blonde nurse". If it wasn't for this I would have assumed I misheard.

I think the Jac and Fletxh thing could be interesting. He standard up to her and she likes that. When she told him not to be himself there was a look on his face I would term cool affection. Coming from JAc thats almost love.

I wouldn't have considered that but in lieu of our lesson on the words origins it's a bit dodgy. I suspect t they have no idea but Tbh calling her a name was totally out of context anyway

I have a huge Fletch-in-a-suit crush. But then I loved him as Smiffy in The Bill so scrubs never did it for me.

I had completely forgot that Jac was in The Bill and had it off with Smithy (who started off as a not so pleasant character). Wasn't she the wife of a criminal or was that something else?

BTW Rosie Marcel hasn't aged. She looks amazing in real life too.

I loved Smiffy in The Bill but, he's so much better now! And Rosie Marcel has not aged but, she has matured in a good way.

Really don’t like HH’s son.... not too sure what to make of the Raf/Essie news either.

I’m just watching now and hoping the RAF/Essie news is that they are leaving

Wonder if there’s a change of heart on the cards for Dom re Lofty?

I don't like HH's son either, especially the way he spoke to his patient after risking her life for his benefit.

I don't think Dom has had a change of heart, I think he enjoys having Lofty around knowing that he really likes him. He doesn't seem to act very nicely towards him, it's almost as if he feels superior over Lofty because he knows about his feelings.

Every week I watch thinking Raf will leave this week to go and do Strictly but he’s STILL here!!!

I found the scenes with Dom and Lofty odd, they didn’t really seem to fit in with anything else going on. It was also most like they’d been thrown in as time fillers!!!
