Come one come all and welcome to Suffolk's annual Eurovision bonanza!

Brexit smexit as we join Mel, Scott and Graham for another year of big ballads, unusual visuals and quite frankly bizarre promos.

This year we are in Kyiv in Ukraine after they won with a not so subtle dig at Putin, what will this year bring?

Not heard many of the entries this year but as always I think we've not hit the vibe for this year so will perform poorly. That and Brexit.

I think I'm more excited about the semis - the less sensible songs don't always make it to the final and I miss the giant hamster balls.

Azerbaijan - Echoes of Blair Witch Project

Belarus - Lady Antebellum
Belgium - Moby meets Grand Designs
Bulgaria - Bul-boring

Croatia - 3 Tenors as pen pals
Cyprus - reminded me of the Orange One. Not a good thing.
Czech Republic - Mariah Carey meets Siaesque nude clothing

As I am very old school Eurovision I hereby give my support to the Italian entry due to it having a dancing gorilla.
With kudos to the Ukraine for having countdown t shirts.
Macedonia, Cyprus and France were decent tunes though.

Oh I love Eurovision. All the people who normally come round to ours for and pizza are away though so it's just me, DH, and the DC (one of whom will be up for it and one of whom will take his pizza and skulk in his room).
My favourite bit is the semi-finals because that's where you see the batshit stuff that doesn't make it as far as the weekend.

Count me in for a country - Armenia sounds good from that description.

Georgia - a very worthy song, lots of candles
Greece - using same SFX as Schindler's List (red coat/dress)

Hungary - pottery porn with yodelling (yes really)

Iceland - scary Dr Who alien/Lady Gaga
Ireland - voice hasn't broken, dying to hit puberty
Israel - flash mob
Italy - Hare Krishna with a gorilla

Ooh and a blue bols and orange please. I like Green (but not the Irish song, sorry Ireland, you'd have been better off with Ed O'Sheeran this year )

I love it too. It's less fun these days but still can't miss a year.

Latvia - I can see this being big in the clubs
Lithuania - very shouty and red

Malta - old school ballad
Moldova - definitely my favourite so far
Montenegro - Christian Gray would like this one

Norway - purple and glitter but not in a good Prince way
