I only started watching LoD this series and then watched series 3 and then 1 so I'm all brain scrambled, in totally the wrong order and no idea of series 3 but here's my theory:
The gang are involved in smuggling prostitutes ,maybe kids too, from abroad. The girls were killed because they were going to inform or something like that. Hana's abduction was faked to set up Farmer. Roz didn't kill ifield, Hana and Balaclava man went to the flat and did it but Roz was there and was blackmailed somehow into getting involved. Same gang as series 1 because of balaclava and finger removal. Lakewell is in on it and because of his past with Farmer knew he could be set up easily. He knows the Huntleys so knows Roz would have been keen to please following her career break and that that would lead her to pursue Farmer as per Hilton's direction without considering other possibilities. Hubby is innocent. If I was writing it, I'd have that kid Ryan from series 1 as balaclava man now being all grown up and unrecognisable from the little kid he was before!

What actually happened in Tim's flat. Was a second person present.

Identity of H 2 - faced bastard

Identity of crime boss

Reason for Roz's career break

Roz's motivation.

Jamie's true role.

Maneet's motivation.

Hilton's motivation.

Lakewell connection to the criminal gang- Jimmy and Stephen

Are Jade and her partner/child connected to current events

The same number on the call logs from Roz's and "Tim's" phone

Extent of Hasting's knowledge.Is he running an additional undercover operation.

Just seen Buckles on a 118 advert!

This may well not be an original thought, but we seem to have a major emphasis on names in this series - Jamie not James, Arnott not Arnold. Nick constantly spelling out Lakewell's name, and the emphasis on the initial H with so many characters having names that begin with H. I'm not sure where that takes us, except that I'm mildly wondering whether there's any significance in choosing the Huntley name given (1) its similarity to Hunter and (2) Ian Huntley.

I didn't think Roz looked shocked so much as slightly worried when they were talking about the lack of fingers on Ifield's body, and it was when they talked about the possibility of them being cut off because of DNA under the fingernails that she started holding her injured wrist. So far as I remember, she was also slightly nauseous, which could be combination of the beginnings of infection and recollection of either cutting the fingers off or seeing someone else do so.

I'm too scared to read about anything LOD now after Digital Spy's so called no spoiler thread had something in it - possibly from the trailer

Anyone else have a feeling that one of the AC-12 team won't make it to season 5?

I think some people think that , based on an interview Martin Compston gave : but he did give that before the making of series 3.

I hope no one from AC 12 goes but , if I had to chose, it'd be Kate!

Roz and/or Nick to cark it imo.

I'm not basing this on any interviews with cast members just a feeling I have.

If it happens I also think it would be Kate.

They cannot kill off Vicki McClure. I'd die.

I feel the same about Martin Compston. He retweeted me when I threatened to call in AC 12 if JM killed him off!

I've remembered another name issues - Kevin not Kev. Either it Means Something, or Jed Mercurio just has an obsession with names and nicknames.
