Time for a new thread.

Last night's was the first time in ages I have actually enjoyed watching Corrie. What a difference a good plot twist can make!

Whilst we all recover from the shock of a plot not being immediately obvious from a mile away, just a reminder to everyone on the thread...however obvious a spoiler may seem to you, however many magazines it has been on the cover of, we don't talk about it on here. We are spoiler free.

I think Tracy got Roy drunk for a joke, and took him back to her place to sleep, and told him she was pregnant and the baby was his.

Amy was called 'Patience' originally!

Awful storyline with Bethany. Brings back some awful teenage memories (none as bad as that) of being in situations and not knowing how to get out of them.

Yes Tracey tricked Roy, married him, sold him Amy (Patience) then took her back!!!

I thought Billy quit being a vicar because the bishop wouldn't let Todd move into the vicarage or something. I think that's why he moved into Eileen's tardis.

Yeah but then he went back and the bishop said he can go out with Todd but they can't live in the vicarage.

Thought was well done tonight, at first that he was pushing the im hurt card to much. Surely he would have proposed and made it nice but he's got nothing to lose at this point. She slept with one person but he needs he lot more under thumb for whatever the plan is next.

At least we now know why the police questioned tracy a while back and nothing was mentioned.

I'm in Canada so a bit behind and we've just had the episode with Rob! I'm very glad to see him back, the actor plays the role very well.

I wish they'd do more with Luke (glad to see him dumping Tracey!). He's very handsome, nice voice, the character is clever. I'd like to see him w a partner & kids, see how that went.

Really silly storyline. As if he would risk doing something so stupid after getting his life together following time in jail.

What's Eva beeen doing? I switch off when's she on? She had hump with him? So can't see them together she's so annoying. In fact both of them can disappear and nobody would notice.

Usual soap cliche.......police put on sirens and flashing lights that can be seen and heard ages before they arrive, thus enabling their target to make his getaway in plenty of time.

And you'd think they'd approach from all escape routes , guessing they'd hear the sirens?

And , Amy totally pi**es me off. As a character (not real) a sneery brat. Why does TraceyLuv put up with her ?

Amy looks like Kenneth Williams when she does her flarey nostril sneer . (My hand would break before I tired of punching her) I know it means she's a good actress to instill such bile

i dont know how many years maria as been in it but for the first time last night i though she was quite entertaining, shame she'll go back to her boring self she ought to let her hair down more often

Where were Maria and Aidan gone for dinner that was over an hours drive away?

Also why doesn't Aidan just leave eva for Maria??

I seem to think that Aiden's dad threatened to disinherit him if he dumped Eva, as he thinks she is perfect wife material for him.

I've changed my mind about Mel. She seemed very happy to play along with Nathans game. What's in it for her?

I don't understand Mel's motivation either. Presumably he's crushed her self esteem so she doesn't think she can leave, and he employs her so she'd lose her income too. It's all too horrible

I Nathan also groomed Mel when she was younger and she used to be a Bethany but he told her she is his "special one" - she wasn't disappeared and moved about like the other girls and Nathan has her believing she is his only real love.
