Time for a new thread.

Last night's was the first time in ages I have actually enjoyed watching Corrie. What a difference a good plot twist can make!

Whilst we all recover from the shock of a plot not being immediately obvious from a mile away, just a reminder to everyone on the thread...however obvious a spoiler may seem to you, however many magazines it has been on the cover of, we don't talk about it on here. We are spoiler free.

It's so great he's getting to show his dry, comic style, also a fan of T&S, I hope the producers are using google for feedback and come across this, I was all for giving up on it but I see a glimmer of hope now

Yes I like Tim & Sally too, and Beth. (Auntie Beth not Bethany). Also Mary and Erica before she went with Dev (ew). And I don't mind Liz. Think that's it!

Good plot hole about keys! Given he had lost money and some equipment was reposssed surely he owns the building so still losing money. Woulnt you just rent out gym space for classes even if didn't have money replace equipment straight away??

David is a great character, i think that in recent months he seems to be becoming more and more like Gail. He is turning into his mother!

I'm wondering how Tracy is getting in and out of the gym without being spotted, and also how did she and Rob gain access in the first place. I'm sure I haven't missed an episode, but I can't remember how she found out he was there.

Corrie seems to be turning into a reverse version of The Bill, with most storylines being crime related......Ken's assault, Rob's escape, Bethany's grooming.

On another point...why on earth is Brian still at Roy's? Surely he could have at least rented a place. Where is all his stuff....books, clothes , other possessions? Where is he going to have sex with Cathy when they get round to it?

eddie I'm glad its not just me. I think they are trying to make it move so fast that if you miss one sentence you feel like you have missed an episode. (see my earlier question about Rob and prison).
I'd like to see Ken put in a home, and his house sold to cover care fees. That would stop his money grabbing offspring

I also hope we don't have to see Cathy and Brian DTD.

I thought I'd missed an episode when tracy found rob.

Brian must have a good pension seeing as he was a head teacher. I don't understand him lodging at all. HIs lump sum alone would have easily bought a house in Weatherfield.

I must have missed a few episodes, or I wasn't paying attention. I didn't click that it was the gym. When did it close down and why?

The gym closed because Shariff took money from it and couldn't pay it back

I think it closed because Shariff was sacked for a racist rant ran off with a pile of money. He was sacked in September, so I guess it would be October.

I think Brian is supposed to a bit of a scrooge. I really hope it wasn't amy that hurt Ken, that kid has had enough drama in her life already. With regards to the gym, I thought shariff only 'borrowed' 13,000 or something like that, surely that wouldn't make them go bust, or am i way off?

Does toyah really annoy anyone else ?!

Torah annoys me and I find her and Peter together deeply unbelievable. There's no chemistry, no longing looks. Carla was very good at giving Peter longing looks.
Toyah is given lines to say about loving Peter but her character just doesn't seem capable of warmth or passion.
