Time for a new thread.

Last night's was the first time in ages I have actually enjoyed watching Corrie. What a difference a good plot twist can make!

Whilst we all recover from the shock of a plot not being immediately obvious from a mile away, just a reminder to everyone on the thread...however obvious a spoiler may seem to you, however many magazines it has been on the cover of, we don't talk about it on here. We are spoiler free.

FFS, can't bear the thought of more Rob/Tracey sagas! We don't need another villain, they've still got Phelan getting away with murders we've almost forgotten about (Les Dennis, Andy) as well as Nathan and dodgy Adam. So is it going to turn out to be Rob who was Ken's attacker?

It wasn't Rob. Tracey was with him at the time of Ken's attack which was why she needed an alibi.

They've played that one well!

So Rob murdered Tina in cold blood and he's a free man now? Or has he escaped? Please tell me that murderers get longer than that in real life

It took me a second glance, he must have escaped! Though how she getting in and out of gym without being seen I don't know

It's getting to be as dangerous to live in Corrie as I sit in Midsommer Murders!

And that explains why she was questioning Dev when he was coming out of the gym the other week.

And explains why she wanted antibiotics, for Rob I suppose.

How do you know it was antiboictics? Did I miss something? Dosnt explain why Tracey is spending hours a day with Rob surely you carry on as normal? Maybe evenings but not in the day time.

I missed what Amy said on phone to police what was there going to be fingerprints on?

Phelan fitted the wrong worktop so he changed it, Amy told the police to check the worktop for Adams fingerprints.

Akire - Tracy was googling buying antibiotics online. She also faked her cough and asked the nurse (married to Zeedan) if she could give her a prescription.

Amy worked out which worktop had been fitted when (wrong one ordered and then replaced) so knew whichever one had Adams fingerprints on would indicate the time Adam was in the house.

Personally I'm delighted to have both Peter AND Rob on screen for my delight!

1. Why exactly is Shona pissed off with David? On what grounds? HER son killed his wife!

2. Why would Adam's fingerprints on the worktop mean he is lying? He's been in that house since the incident happened... could easily have touched the workplace

1. No matter what your child did, you wouldn't exactly be chuffed if you found out that someone was planning on killing them.

I think if Adams fingerprints are on the earlier fitted worktop, it would prove that he was lying and not "in Canada"

The Nathan and Bethany storyline is so uncomfortable to watch!

Yes it's the original wrong worktop Amy told them to check for Adam's fingerprints as it was only there for one night and got replaced.

Adam isn't supposed to have been in Canada, he told the cops he didn't go. He said he was with Roseh that night.

Rob must have escaped, he wouldn't be hiding out otherwise. And Tracy said she should have left him in the ginnel and called the police.

I had the alarming realisation during this week's episodes that David is now my favourite character! He was very funny with the dog and the fish cakes.

I just read your post Annoyed, and then thought about it... and you're right.

Annoyed - you're right, I got my worktops mixed up! And of course, he told cops he was with Rosie and asked her to lie. So where was he?!?

Agree about David - he has become one of my faves too. He has a way of combining comedy with menace!

Also loved when he said about Maria being in charge of journals and periodicals

I think Adam might have been in the house looking for the money but I dont think he pushed Ken. They never arrest the right person first!

Another fan of David's over here! David, Sally and Tim are my favourite characters.
