How is it like Savile? Cos he's pretending to be nice and doing charity work etc but is actually a serial killer. Who has he killed? I'm totally not following it!!

I think he's more like Shipman. Killing for kicks with no rhyme or reason.

It's having keys and uncontrolled access to the hospital that really struck me, and the clear intimidation of the hospital staff.

Sherrinford is obviously key to this series, and agree it's probably the woman on the bus/the therapist/Faith. If Sherlock was "off his tits" he probably wouldn't recognise her.
